Today was a good day for Shizuo Heiwajima.

Key word: was.

Shizuo was at an apartment with his friend/boss, Tom. Shizuo being a bodyguard for Tom, since going around and collecting debt could be dangerous for people. For most people anyway.

Shizuo didn't even flinch when a baseball bat was smashed into his head when he turned to look for the person for they were there for. He turned around to see that it was the person who was in debt. Same said person, who's face was starting to pale when he realized just who it was he hit.

A crash of glass resonated through Ikebukuro. Which was done by Shizuo simply picking up the man and throwing him out a window, leaving the man unconscious. The blonde turned around when he heard a sigh behind him.

"Shizuo, we can't exactly get the money from them if they aren't awake to give it to us." Tom said to the blonde after he had calmed down some.

This made a pang if guilt go through Shizuo. He didn't mean to lose control like that. Again. And now because of that, he has inconvenienced his friend too.

"Here." Tom said, while pulling out a towel, small enough to be called more of a rag, from his pocket and handing it to Shizuo. He didn't even realize all the blood on his face, but he quickly grabbed the towel/rag and began cleaning. He didn't really care about having his blood on him or anything, but he'll be damned if he just stands there and let the clothes that his brother had bought him get covered in blood. It was a good thing that Tom always had these rags on hand and ready at any time. It wasn't really a good thing that it was because blood was usually spelt everyday.

"Thanks." He said, throwing the rag into a trashcan before they left the building.

"No problem. We don't really have anything else to do today, so you can go ahead and go home. See ya tomorrow." And with that, Tom turned, giving a half wave as he left.

"See ya." Shizuo replied, making his way to his own home. He wouldn't be lying if he said he was glad that today was over. He had to work a few hours more than usual today, so it was already dark outside. He was tired and wanted to go to sleep already, and he has been on edge for the past few days. Why was he on edge? Easy. It was that damned flea.
