A/N: Here is the rest of the reception and the Fairies are back in full force. :)
I hope you enjoy it.
Pha POV
Before Yo can even point to the picture, I see it and immediately pick it up. Chuckling, I tease, "What? It is so cute."
Yo immediately spots a similar picture. He snatches it off the table and mocks, "Well, your picture is cute too. At least, I have myself covered up in the bath water, but your baby picture has you completely naked." Yo playfully bounces my baby bath time picture in front me as he smirks.
My smiling face instantly disappears as I grab the picture and scream, "MOTHER!!! WHY???"
How could she do this to me? Of all things, why a naked baby picture? This is just so embarrassing and I'm sure everyone has already seen it. At least Yo's picture has him partially covered up.
I quickly try to hide it and shove it in my tuxedo jacket but Yo and the Fairies stop me before I can get it hidden. UGH!!! Maybe I shouldn't have agreed to let the Fairies do the memory table. Clearly, they teamed up with our friends and our parents to find the most embarrassing pictures possible to put on display.
Before I can go back to the table to scan the pictures some more, my mother coos, "Oh, this is one of my favorite pictures. I'm so glad that I let them put this out for everyone to see."
Without even looking, I know exactly what picture she is talking about and I truly hate that picture. Why did she have to include that one too?
Yo suddenly starts giggling and I try to snatch the picture from my mother, but she is fast. She manages to keep the picture out of my reach as the Fairies hold me back. Yo is still giggling and says, "Pha, what is wrong with the picture? It just a picture of you when you were about 3 or 4 years old having fun and running away from the camera naked with your dolly. What a cute little butt."
I try to remain calm, but I can't help but to snap back at Yo. "It isn't a dolly but my action hero doll."
Everyone around begins giggling as Yo tries to keep a straight face but still keeps on giggling. He finally manages to say, "But it is still a doll or how I like to say it, a dolly."
Well, two can play at that game and I immediately scan the table trying to find more funny pictures. However, as I'm trying to find a compromising picture of Yo, Shane and Forth begin pushing me towards the front of the room to the wedding table. As we get nearer, I hear Yo squeal with excitement since our food is already sitting on the table for us. This may be our wedding but Yo is still a sucker for food.
As we are eating, Shane stands up and clicks his champagne glass and shouts, "Can I have your attention please?!?!" As the crowd quiets down, Shane continues, "Well, as Yo's best friend, I have been asked to give a speech. I'm not good at this but here goes nothing. First, I want to say that I have never seen Yo as happy as he has been since he finally gave in and accepted the fact that he was in love with N'Pha. Second, I hope they can live happily ever after. Third and final, N'Pha, if you ever hurt Yo, I will make sure that you never forget it. Okay. Sorry, that it is short and awful but it's a speech. Cheers!! To happily ever after!!!" Everyone cheers and claps.
Then Beam and Kit slowly get up. Beam jokes, "We couldn't decide which of Pha's best friends would do the speech, so Kit and I decided to do it together."
Kit giggles and continues, "Well, we thought a better idea than a speech was to show some of their more memorable moments with everyone. If you are wondering, the Fairies, oh excuse me, the ladies over here helped us." Kit and Beam both point to the Fairies who beamed with excitement.
