Disneyland

Shayne:

Today the squad is going to Disneyland to film a vlog again. We are going to do a couple of rides and eat food and hang out. It was going to be a fun time. I was keeping a secret from the squad though. Olivia and I have been going steady for a year and a half now. I was planning on proposing to her during lunch. It was so hard to keep it a secret but I had managed to do it so far. I was playing with the box in my pocket on the way to the theme park. Olivia must've noticed me fidgeting.

"You ok Shayne?" She says.

"Yeah I'm fine" I say taking my hand out my pocket.

I slip my hand into hers and she lays her head on my shoulder. After a long car ride we arrived at the park. We started filming our intro. After the intro we vlogged walking around the park. We then vlogged getting on some of the rides. Olivia is still hesitant to get on any of them.

"C'mon Liv, it'll be fun" I say.

"Naw, I don't trust shit that goes upside down" she says.

"Will you do it for me?" I ask with puppy dog eyes.

"Maybe" she says.

"I'll get you a churro" I say.

"Ok fine, you got me" she said.

I laugh and take her hand and go wait in line with her and Noah. After we get to the front of the long line it's finally our turn. Noah sits in front of us and Olivia and I share a cart. The ride starts off slow but then slowly picks up until we are going really fast. Olivia is squeezing my hand hard and has her eyes closed. We go through a loop and Noah and I scream our lungs out with Olivia joining in soon after. We did another loop and then the ride was over. Olivia, Noah and I stepped off the ride feeling woozy.

"It's a good thing we decided to do this one before lunch" Noah says.

"Yeah I think I need to sit down" Olivia says.

We all walk over to a park table and sit down. Some of the crew films Courtney and Keith getting us lunch. Oliva and I split some Chicken wings while the rest of the squad had pizza. After eating we answered some Twitter questions and then cleaned up. The rest of the squad went off to film some more while Olivia and I stayed behind.

"Look Shayne" Olivia says.

I turn around and see what she is pointing at. There is a stand that sells churros near us. I walk with her to the stand and start my plan. While she orders a churro I go in my pocket like I'm looking to pay but instead I pull out the ring box. I quickly open it and take the ring out and while Olivia's not looking. She turns around after she pays for and gets her churro.

"Mm this is really good" she says.

Then she realizes that I'm down on one knee.

"Oh my gosh" She says covering her mouth and dropping her churro.

"Olivia Sui" I start.

"Will you make me the happiest man in the world, will you marry me?" I say holding the engagement ring up.

"Oh my gosh!" She says again.

"Of course I will" she says tearing up.

I get up off my knee and put the ring on her finger. She smashes her lips onto mine while people around us clap and cheer. I look and see her churro on the ground.

"I think you might need a new churro" I say playfully.

"Yes I do" she says.

I buy her another churro and hand it to her when Keith walks up. Olivia and I decided to not tell the squad about our engagement and see how long it took them to figure it out.

"You guys ready?" Keith says completely oblivious.

"Yeah" We say.

Olivia and I walk hand in hand back to the rest of the squad.

"Olivia, Shayne, you won't believe what just happened to me!" Noah says.

"What?" I say.

"Some dude tried to trap me in the bathroom with a river of shit" Noah says.

"What???" Olivia and I say.

Noah tells his crazy bathroom story and we laugh. We finish vlogging the park and head back to the car. So far nobody has said anything about Olivia's ring. We drive home and I decide to stay at Olivia's place. We get out and go inside her apartment. Nobody noticed her right the whole time.

"I guess we're not as important as we thought" I joke to her.

"I guess not" she says laughing.

"Don't worry, you'll always be important to me" I say.

"Aww thanks" she says and gives me a quick kiss.

"I'd also like to show you how important you are" I say mischievously.

"And how do you plan on doing that?" She asks provocatively.

I pick her up and fling her over my shoulders and carry her to the bedroom. I appreciated every important part of her that night.
