Olivia starts to develop feelings for Shayne, before learning that Courtney also likes him. They end up competing against each other to gain his affection. Meanwhile Shayne is completely oblivious that either of them like him.
I didn't want to tell Olivia over the phone that I did have something planned. I was going to surprise her on her birthday with the best present I could think of. I didn't actually have to pick something up for Damien, I actually decided to go to the mall early instead of after work so Olivia wouldn't know I was getting her something special. I started to walk around the mall and in and out of stores looking for something to get her. I finally decided to go into this jewelry store. I went up to one of the workers and asked her a question.
"Do you guys have any necklaces?" I asked
"Of course, what kind are you looking for?" She asks
"Umm I dont really know, its a gift for my girlfriend" I say embarrassed.
"Oh dont worry, I'll help you, we'll find something that she will love!" She says excitedly.
She takes me over to where all the nice necklaces are. We look through them not finding anything interesting so far.
"What about this one?" She asks holding up a necklace.

It's a really nice necklace I think to myself as I look at it for a while.
"That's a really nice one" I say.
"Do you think she'll like it?" I ask
"Of course she will!" She says.
"Alright I guess I'll go with this one then" I say.
I walk with her over to the counter and pay for the necklace. She puts the necklace in a box and then into the bag and hands it to me.
"Have a good day, I hope your girlfriend likes her necklace!" She says.
"Thanks, I hope so to" I say.
I walk out of the store and to the parking garage. I find my car and get in and shut the door. I start to think of places where I can hide this so I can suprise Olivia with it. I decide to hide it in the kitchen at my apartment. I drive back home with the necklace on the seat next to me. When I get to my apartment I get out of my car and walk inside. I walk to my kitchen and put the box with the necklace in my cup cupboard. I hatch a plan to get Olivia to come over on her birthday and suprise her with it. After figuring out the plan I leave my apartment and drive back to the office to finish the workday.
