Filming

Courtney:

I was working at my desk when Shayne walked in.

"Hey guys" he said waving.

"Hey" we all greeted him.

He went and sat down at his desk to work like the rest of us. We worked on the script for a while, occasionally making changes. Feeling confident I walked over to start a conversation with him.

"Hey, I had fun at the beach yesterday" I told him.

"Yeah me too" he said not really paying attention.

"I think I might have gotten sunburnt" I say.

"Oh that sucks" he says still looking at his laptop.

"So what did you do after the beach?" I asked him.

"Not much, I just hung out with Olivia" He says.

"Oh that's nice I guess" I mutter.

"Huh?" He asks

"Uh nothing.." I say.

"So did you do anything else?" I ask.

"Uh.. not really?" He looks at me and says a little put off.

"Did you go home last night?" I ask.

"No.. I stayed on Olivia's couch.. why do you ask?" He said confused.

"Oh, no reason, I just saw you drive off from the office this morning" I say embarrassed.

"Oh yeah, I had to get changed before coming back" he said.

"Cool" I say.

"Well I'll let you get back to work" I say as I walk back to my desk.

"Alright" he nods while turning back to his laptop.

I sit back down and continue working. After an hour or so we finished the script. We went over it one last time before going to film a couple of the easier scenes. I got excited when I saw one of the scenes had me and Shayne playing a couple. After the first scenes were shot it was me and Shaynes turn.

"Alright you guys ready?" Ian asks us.

Me and Shayne got into position on the set.

"Yeah" we both say.

"Alright... And..... Action" The director says.

"Aww I hope this is that watch I wanted honey!" Shayne says while rattling the fake present.

"Even better than that!" I say.

"Oh boy!" He tears open the present to reveal a piece of chewed up gum.

"Uhh what's this?" He asks.

"It's the gum you bought me last Christmas!" I say happy.

"Uhh thanks I guess?" He says.

I grab him and hug him while smiling. He has a what the fuck look on his face.

"And... Cut" The director says.

"Good job guys" says Ian while clapping with the crew.

"Thanks" we both say as we walk off set.

"You were great up there!" I told Shayne.

"Thanks Courtney" he says smiling.

We walk back to office with the rest of the squad after the rest of the filming is done.

"You guys wanna get lunch?" Keith asks.

"Yeah sure" Olivia and Noah say.

"Sorry, I can't I have to finish this for tommorow" Shayne says while working on his laptop.
