Olivia starts to develop feelings for Shayne, before learning that Courtney also likes him. They end up competing against each other to gain his affection. Meanwhile Shayne is completely oblivious that either of them like him.
I walk over to my desk and get spare clothes and my suit for the beach that I went home to get during lunch.
"I could've grabbed your stuff when I left for mine during lunch Olivia" I say.
"It's alright I live close to the beach and it's a nice walk" She says.
"Ok lemme tell Courtney to meet us there and we'll go" I say.
"Ok" she replies.
I walk over to Courtney's desk. She's playing a game on her switch with other people.
"Hey Court me and Olivia are going to her apartment to change and then walk to the beach, so just meet us at the beach" I tell her.
"Wait you're going to her apartment?" Courtney replies.
"Uh yeah?" I say confused
"Why don't you change here?" She asks.
"Because it's more practical to change at her apartment so I don't have to walk around in my suit around the office?" I reply confused.
"Uhh ok.. well I guess I'll meet you guys at the beach then" She mutters.
"Ok see you there" I say as I walk away.
That was weird I think to myself. I wonder if there's something going on between them? It's probably nothing I tell myself. They're best friends after all.
"Alright I'm ready" I say to Olivia as I walk back to her.
"Ok, let's go" she says excitedly.
We walk to the elevator and take it down to her car while chatting about our weekend plans. We get in and drive to her apartment. Olivia unlocks her apartment door and we walk in.
"Wow Olivia your apartment is really nice, I think this is only the 2nd time I've been here" I say
"Thanks Shayne" She says.
"The bathroom is over here for you to change Shayne I'll be in my room over here getting ready, just knock once you're done" She says.
"Ok, thanks" I say as I walk to the bathroom.
I lock the bathroom door and start to change into my swimsuit and shirt. After I'm done I pack my stuff up and put it near the front door. I walk over to where she says her room is and knock on the closed door.
"Yes?" Olivia says from the room
"Just letting you know I'm ready when you are" I say.
"Give me a couple seconds and I'll be ready" she says.
"Ok, no problem I'll be in the living room" I say and walk back to the living room and sit on the couch.
Soon after I see her round the corner in her bikini.

"Wow Olivia you look stunning!" I say
"Aww thanks Shayne, have you seen my spare shirt and shorts I thought I left it out here by accident" she says.
"Sorry no I haven't" I say.
"No problem, I think I have one in my room" She says and walks back to her room.
Olivia:
"Found it" I say as I put my shirt and shorts on and walk back to Shayne in the living room.
"Ready?" I ask him.
"Yeah let's go, I just have to text Courtney and tell her we're on our way" Shayne says.
Ugggh I completely forgot about her.
"Sure" I say as I put on my sandals.
"Alright let's go" he says.
We walk out my door and I lock it and we start walking towards the elevator. I am excited to spend some time with Shayne even if I have to split it with Courtney. We arrive at the ground level and start to walk to the beach.
