Get Down

Virgil swayed as he walked. "Virgil get down now! You'll get hurt!" Patton said concerned. "Don't be silly I do this all the time Pat." Virgil said shrugging it off. "Virgil that does not look safe." Logan pointed out.
Virgil was walking on the kitchen counters. He liked the feeling of being up high. He did it a lot. "Virgil seriously! Please! Get down!" "Patton I know what I'm doing!" As Virgil yelled at Patton he didn't watch where he was going. He stepped on a small puddle of water and slipped.
Almost like he knew what would happen Roman came running in. "Virgil!" Logan and Patton yelled. Roman caught Virgil just in time. "Are you ok Virg?" Roman asked.
Virgil was currently being held bridal style by Roman. Virgil was clinging onto Roman. "Virgil?" Roman asked again. Virgil looked at him and blushed. "I'm ok." He set Virgil down. "Uhh th-thanks Ro." "No problem. Just a prince's duties." He walked off. "Oh my gosh Virgil! Are you alright?" Patton asked examining him. "Yeah thanks to Roman." He said as he watched him walk off.

A Day Later

"Virgil! Did you not learn your lesson?!" Patton yelled. "Get off the roof!" He yelled. "No I like the rain!" Virgil protested putting his hood up. "Virgil you'll slip again!" "No I won't!" Then he heard thunder and jumped. He slid off the roof. As he was preparing for a hard fall he felt arms grab him.
He lifted his hood and saw Roman. He smiled. "How many more times must I save you like this?" He laughed. Virgil looked into his eyes and smiled. "How many more times will you do it?" He asked. "Now don't go and make this a habit of yours." He laughed setting Virgil down. "What can I say? I'm adventurous." "More like dangerous." Patton ran and hugged Virgil. Roman laughed and walked away.

Later

Virgil POV
I stared at the ceiling and sighed. Roman saved me. Again. He looked so cute in the pouring rain. Damn it he always looked cute. I'm falling for him. Hard. Literally. I need to show appreciation.

Knock Knock

I waited outside his door. It opened. "Yes Virgil?" "Roman thanks for uh saving me twice. I don't know what to say but thanks." "Oh uhh yeah like I said it's my duty." He started closing the door. "Wait." It opened again. "Roman when you saved me. I felt something that I never felt before. I love you and I needed to say that. I love you so much. Just thank you for all you have done for me." I said.
Roman smiled at me. Roman made a motion for me to come closer. I did. He pulled me inside. Roman pushed me lightly against the wall. "Virgil I'm glad you felt it too." Roman said in a low voice which made him hotter. He put a hand on my bright red cheek. I couldn't hold back and leaned in. I kissed him lightly and Roman kissed back. We pulled apart. Roman smiled. "You're so cute."
