He looked at me,
with eyes full of suspicion.
“I told you I didn’t!”
“Really? I mean, you do hang out with noisy girls like that.”
Ouch.
He must have meant that time when my friend blurted out that I liked him.
My friend didn’t keep that a secret, so she decided to spread the rumor,
that I liked him.
It must have bothered him. Maybe Fuuka-chan as well.
I should apologize.
But he looked away in disgust, as if it was true!
I swear I’m not like that! I swear.
My heart was beating, but these weren’t feelings of butterflies or love.
Right now, I just really wanted to punch him in the face.
