My heart, as if starting to remember something,
started to beat faster.
My chest felt warm,
and my stomach felt a bit tingly.
That was five years ago,
I thought my feelings would have changed already.
I was so focused on Hatori-kun,
but now that I knew Kurosawa-kun was back,
a part of that had changed.
The class had already ended homeroom,
and we were free to do what we wanted during the short break.
But because most of our classmates were the same since first grade,
of course they noticed Kurosawa-kun.
Everyone who knew him started to swarm around him,
bombarding him with questions.
I couldn’t bring myself to go over there.
Making eye contact with Kurosawa-kun was out of the question,
I wanted to avoid that at all costs.
