I was just in a Barton Mood today so this chapter is going to be featuring one of my favorite Avengers also I found the picture and I thought it was adorable.
Also this is a nice short chapter again but the next one I promise should be back to my normal length chapters.

After a little over a month after the fight in DC, Kelsey found herself back in the US and the city of New York.
She knew she had to come back sometime or other, back to her her home and back to her friends.
But Kelsey hadn't planned on being back in New York for sometime. She'd been wandering and she quite enjoyed it. It wasn't until she'd gotten a call from Tony saying that Thor had returned to Earth and that they needed her back in New York.
She surely couldn't deny the request and left as soon as she could.
Less than a day later, she was back in New York and in a cab heading to the Avenger's Tower. When the cabbie finally pulled into a spot in front of the giant skyscraper, Kelsey handed the man what she owed sliding out of the car with her luggage behind her.
As the cab drove away, Kelsey perched herself against her suitcase as she started to fix her all too messy appearance.
In the time she'd been away her hair got a little longer now past her shoulders and her hair was now more blonde than brunette. After being on a plane for nearly a whole day Kelsey knew she looked worse for wear. Her hair had strands falling out of the messy bun on top of her head, the baggy mint green sweatshirt had a quite large hot chocolate stain right in the middle of it and her black leggings had a large hole in the knee from when she tripped over her own foot getting off the plane at JFK.
Just as she started to take her phone out of her messenger bag she was stopped by an all to familiar voice.
"Kelsey?"
Turning, Kelsey laughed instantly seeing her bird themed assassin friend carrying a to-go tray of Krispy Kreme coffee and two boxes of donuts, "Hey Clint, long time no see."
"Where 've you been? No one knew where you went!" The man almost dropping the donuts as he went to hug her.
"One of my patrons requested a book I didn't have so I went to Europe to get a copy."
"You couldn't get it here or how bout online?"
"Nope. Besides I've always wanted to go to Europe so why the hell not?" She said with a smile only getting a confused looked in return.
"You're weird."
"Coming from you Barton, that's a complement."
That caused Barton now to laugh and he nodded his head towards the front doors to the tower, "We should head in everyone will be happy to see you."
A few minutes later the pair were on the elevator to the top of the Avenger's tower.
"Welcome back Ms. Blackburn."
"Thanks Jarvis." Kelsey answered back softly.
"What no hello for me J?" Clint said in his certain whining way.
"No, not since you were here only an hour ago." The AI shot back smartly causing Kelsey to let out a snort.
"Shut up." Clint said with a pout nudging Kelsey in the side with his elbow.
"So you went all the way to Penn Station to get Krispy Kreme?" Kelsey asked looking down at the boxes of donuts in between his arms.
"Why not? There really freaking good donuts."Clint shrugged as the elevator came to a stop the doors in front of them opening to reveal the Avenger's common room. In the distance, Kelsey was sure she could her Thor's booming voice.
"C'mon Kels, we've got things to do." Clint said taking the lead out of the elevator. Nodding, Kels dropped her luggage on the nearby couches before following after her arrow using teammate.
