HEY EVERYONE!!! I am so so sorry it's taken me this long to re-upload it's just with school starting up and my job it's been really hard for me to write. But now i think I should be able to publish a bit more.
"You're sure you don't need anything else?" Her voice clearly hesitant, staring up at the man in front of her.
His baseball cap down low covering the top half of his face as his stubble covered the other half, hiding him from the watchful eyes of the airport security and surveillance cameras. He simply nodded staring down at her with a semi-lazy and semi-disinterested look not saying a word.
"You'll let me know if anything happens right? If you do need somethin?" She questioned and again he gave her a quick nod. Sighing all she wanted to do was run her hand over her face in exhaustion, all she wanted was to her his voice to know if he was going to be okay. She could never tell with his expressions but his voice was always the key for her.
"Where do you think you're goin' after this?" Kelsey asked brushing away her mixed pale blonde and brunette locks away from her eyes.
"I'm not sure yet... I'll probably head towards Romania, there are some safe house on the way. There's one in Sokovia that was shut down a while back, that I'll probably stop at." He said all too nonchalantly.
The name of the country had bells ringing immediately in Kelsey's head. She'd heard of the country before, and from what she could recall the country was just only out of a terrible, bloody civil war.
"I know it's stupid of me to ask this of you," Kelsey started over hesitantly as she looked up into his penetrating icy blue eyes. "But please be careful, wherever you go or whatever it is you decide to do."
He nodded simply and she could feel her anxiety grow again.
"And don't forget to keep writing things down as they come to you."
Why she felt so anxious going, had her all too confused, ever since DC she was sure that her sanity was quickly leaving her .
The voice was louder.
Her powers slipping from her control.
But the idea of leaving the man in front of her made her chest tighten she felt as though she was going to have a panic attack.
Surely she was going insane.
"I will."
Smiling up uneasily at him, Kelsey let out a semi-strained breath, "One last thing... Don't forget me okay, please Buck."
Her face quickly tinted pink and she could feel her ears burn as Kelsey looked down slightly ashamed of her words. Turning away Kelsey made her way to the security checkpoint.
Ever so softly the words 'I promise' reached her ears.
