{Narrator's POV}
"Those two? What would they know?"
"I know, it seems far fetched, but those two seem to understand the weird ass auras of shit around here. It's our only chance."
John rubbed the back of his neck and looked around.
"I suppose so. How do we call them?"
(y/n) ran up to them and panted. "No need, they're here."
"What the-" John began but was shushed by the others, he looked up and saw them both there.
Ravage held close to her pickaxe, Raven let his hands run free against his sides, their purple eyes sending chills down the teams spines.
"We've been called. What's the issue here?" Raven asked, his voice deep and menacing. Drift and Raptor backed away and let John do the talking.
He sighed and walked toward Raven an Ravage, his eyes showing concern.
"We'd figure you'd understand what the hell THAT thing is." He pointed toward the cube, it's atmosphere becoming more and more runic by the second, it's aura sending a surge of energy through the squads bodies.
Yet, Ravage and Raven didn't feel anything.
"Ah yes, the cube. It's from an unknown origin." Ravage chimed in, her voice softer and more relaxed than Raven's.
"It's a symbol of great power, it's ruins becoming more and more stronger as the season comes to an end. It's simply unstoppable."
Drift and (y/n) looked at each other and then back at the pair.
"What do you mean, 'unstoppable'?" (y/n) asked, the confusion striking her face. Ravage chuckled and pointed toward the moment of the cube.
"Every hour, this cube will move, and it'll leave hints beyond its path. Follow it closely, and you may find out your answer."
Raven nodded. "Big things are happening next season."
"Like..?" Drift asked.
"Follow the ruins every time it moves, the clues lie ahead." Ravage said calmly, the four furrowed their brows and looked at one another.
"Yes. What she speaks is the truth. Ancient Tomato Head is another subject to speak to about the cube. He has come a long way to be here, I suggest going to him and asking more questions."
Raptor shook his head and stomped his foot.
"That doesn't explain why the fuck I was zapped and injured!"
Raven looked toward Raptor's wound and then back at the cube's area.
"Being as we don't know much, the only thing we can say is that the cube holds great power, if you tamper with it, the thing will erupt in lightning. Don't go near the thing until the clues have been released."
With that, the two disappeared. The four just stared dumbfounded, this thing just appeared out of nowhere and now it's something to not mess with?
Seems pretty strange to me.
"Well. I suppose after this game, Ancient Tomato Head is the person to go to?" Drift asked, looking around for players.
"Indeed. Though I don't know what powers he holds."
"Oh please John, it can't be THAT bad, right?" Raptor asked.
Oh Raptor, the things you'll be getting into.
