One week left y'all! Let's make it count! ❤️

{Narrator's POV}

The squad made their way toward the proclaimed new "Tomato Temple", they already passed by "Dusty Diner", what's more to see?

Week nine is full of surprises.

"So, do you think any of our pals know this place?" Raptor asked quietly, his arms swaying against his hips. Drift and (y/n) shrugged and continued on, holding one another's hand.

John looked around and sighed. "Not much here."

"Well this is boring! I bet you this stupid Temple is like made out of like Papier-mâché." Raptor grunted, his arms crossed.

"Relax, Raptor. I'm sure it's one hundred percent real. Let's not-" Drift began but was stopped by (y/n), her (e/c) orbs looking menacing and confused.

"Enemy?" Drift asked quietly, the female nodded and pointed in the direction of the area. The three boys sat there in confusion.

"That's.."

"It's.."

"What the-"

(y/n) tucked her (h/l) hair behind her ears and shushed the three, they stared at her and then back at the..

Urm. Temple.

"THIS is Tomato Temple. Still believe it's Papier-mâché?" She asked, walking closer toward the new location. John just stared up at it, Drift looked at (y/n) in confusion, and Raptor stayed quiet.

"Come on. That Ancient Tomato Head Guy is in here, let's not waste the time, I want to go home."

John stared beyond the temple and by the bridge, something was there, and it was definitely watching them.

"Who is that?" He asked quietly, (y/n) looked up toward John's finger and raised a brow in utter confusion.

It was.. it was a player. But, who? why?

Drift walked to (y/n) and looked as well, his eyes widening as he stepped backward. (y/n) and John took notice and put their backs toward the mysterious player watching.

"What's the matter?" (y/n) rested her hands against her hips, her (e/c) orbs looking into Drift's hazel eyes.

Drift shook his head and turned to the temple, his hands shaking with fear and confusion. John pulled (y/n) back and whispered softly into her ear.

"Watch him. Something is seriously wrong here."

(y/n) nodded slowly and followed closely behind Drift, his body language showing the unwanted anxiety and terror. He seemed to know something that rest of the squad didn't.

Raptor sat behind and pouted, John furrowed his brow and knelt down to the man's level.

"What's the matter Raptor?"

"Something isn't right, John. That player up there is just.. staring."

John crossed his arms and sighed.

"Not much WE as a squad can do, let's just meet this 'ancient' Tomato Head and head back to the HQ, it's a lot better than being here.

"Agreed."

The two men caught up with the teens and watched them closely, (y/n) looking around the lower ruins of the Temple's main structure, it's creepy and quiet aura sending chills down her spine.

"Ahh.. this place is giving me bad vibes.."

Then, a noise erupted against the caverns walls, sending (y/n) and Drift into fight or flight mode.

Understandably so, they went into freeze. What was there to do? It came from everywhere in the massive temple, it's as if there's plenty of following.

Drift looked at (y/n), then back at the two men behind them. They all seemed frozen in place as a pair of footsteps came closer as the hall narrowed.

The flames blaring as the figure became more clear.

It was HIM.

"Ah, fine gentlemen, and m'lady." the figure rubbed his bare arm, his chuckle sending shivers down their spines

"Ancient Tomato Head.." John mumbled, the man folding his arms slowly.

"Nice to see you know me."

"We have things to discuss, John."
