Chapter 38: Lovers On The Sun

Chapter 38  

Ronnie's POV

"Have you talked to him?" Selena asked pulling me out of my thoughts. After Lysander found out both his sisters were alive the guys and I left. We had things we were being forced to do here at the event center and intruding on the family reunion was just not on my list of things to do. Currently we all were sitting around doing nothing since Jake and Sage got into it and ripped a table cloth and knocked over a few tables smashing the champagne glasses. I don't think I've ever heard a women scream so loud before, it was ear shattering and as not funny as it was reminded me of the scene in Harry Potter when he passes out on the train.  

"How long have you been there?"  

"Long enough to know you're having some deep conversation with yourself." She said "You know that's a sign for you being insane right."  

"Lena I'm a half wolf half witch, which makes me insane for just believing in all this." I said pointing to wherever. "And no I haven't talked to him since he found out what we... what I did. I've been texting and mind linking and nothing. He's avoiding me." 

"I can have Trace talk to him, he can text...."  

"Don't bother, if he wants to be mad then let him. I didn't travel to Summerland and go through so much to get his sisters home for him to act like this. So whatever." I snapped. "Look I'm going to go get food, do you want anything?"  

"It's not even noon yet."  

"I know but by the time I get back it will." I told my sister as I grabbed my bag and keys  

"Ok um cheeseburger no tomato through and here let me get you some cash..."  

"Lena, you don't have to give me money we're family."  

"Money for what?" His voice rang from being me  

"Food Sage." I said. Him and the others for whatever reason have been getting on my last nerve today. Most likely from not having any energy and no daily dose of Monster either. Sage was the likeliest source to have a black eye by the end of tonight.  

"You're going to get food?"  

"NO shit Sage."  

"Can you get.....?" 

"I'm not buying you food, if you want something you can get it yourself."  

"Woo what got up your ass?" He said putting his hands up in defense. All I did was sling my bag over my shoulder.  

"Sage I suggest you go get into trouble again before your face connects with my fist." I gave him a smug look  

"Look I'm sorry you're bored, I'm sorry that my idiotic brother of mine got us into trouble and I'm sorry about getting on your nerves but please I'm hungry and they aren't going to feed us." He said pointing to the door to the kitchen.  

"And that's my problem how? You have a car Sage, if you want food go get some."  

"Ronnie please I'll pay for the food and I'll even drive just let me come with you?" He said almost begging me.  

"What did you do?" I asked knowing just by the look in his eyes he did something.  

"Something that'll have to fix if I stay Pleeeesssse."  

I rolled my eyes and responded with a fine. "GUYS WE'RE GOING TO GO GET LUNCH, WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU WANT." I screamed with really was unnecessary since everyone was in the one room. We were literally walking out the door when we heard a women scream in frustration.
