SO I HAVE THIS FRIEND RIGHT AND I'M SLOWLY TURNING HER INTO A MUSICAL THEATRE GEEK AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW IT
okay so i never stop talking about falsettos because it's the best musical there is? duh????
and so i was talking about it one day and she was like "hey can you explain falsettos to me i don't really understand it i might watch it"
so i tell her everything
and i mean everything
including what lyrics symbolise and just significant movement like the chess piece and shit and yeah
so she goes home and watches it
and she said that she enjoyed it
so naturally i'm very happy about this cause that means i have another person i can rant to about falsettos
now we're gonna fast forward to today
so i was casually talking about tuck everlasting because i was saying we should do it as a school play and she bursts out
"oh god no the ending made me cry!"
and i just stared at her
with disbelief
she watched it without me telling her to
then we had a full conversation about tuck
it was great
today was a great day
