Jake has been distant from his girlfriend lately, Brook. He hasn't felt anything in this relationship in a while. It was fine at first. He actually felt something at first. Jake sighed at his small book he was writing in. You could say it was a diary, which it was. Most would make fun of you for having or even owing a diary. Jake's thoughts on this was if you have nobody to talk to about feelings, tell a book instead. Paper was the best listener. It would never get tired of hearing your problems, react wrongly. People on the other hand, are imperfect, Jake doesn't blame people for being that way.

The boy sighed as he heard his phone get a call. Jake wanted to just wait out and hear his ringtone fade out. Though he knows better then to just do whatever he likes too unlike many other people. He gently picked up his phone being hearing a well-needed voice. "Hey Jake" He heard the voice of his best friend. Someone he actually trusted. He had a dairy page on Rich too. Jake told Rich of his diary and he found out Rich had one too. "Oh- Hey, sorry I zoned out" Jake was thinking of his diary page.

Jake couldn't remember the rest as Rich talked again "Eyy, it's cool, wanna hang out?" Jake could hear a bit of a lisp, which he loved. "Heh, Sure, mine or yours?" Jake heard a pause, maybe he should have been more clea- "Mine" Jake finally heard those words as he talked again "Oh, I'll head there soon" Jake stood up from his desk, the lamp's glow bright. He turned off the lamp then got his eyes situated to the dark. He walked into the bathroom then brushed his hair, not wanting to look like a real life human rat. Jake then looked at his brown hair once again. He took in a deep sigh. Jake started walking to his friends house. It was just down the block, he had the way to Rich's house imprinted his brain. That was normal, right? He smiled just at seeing the house. Jake had made it too the door, it was a new door that would Rich's dad got because of the robberys.

Jake shook his head from the thought of an robber coming then knocked on the door. He heard soft foot steps that he knew so well. Soon Jake saw a short, freckly figure crack the door. "Heya" That's all Jake had to say to get the door opened for him, like usual. "H..ello" Rich's voice was way more shy then normal. That was the complete opposite of Rich.. "You okay bud?" Jake said as he closed the door then flopped on the couch, he pat the seat next to him to signal his friend to sit down. Rich did so. "I-I was made fun of being thort" Rich's lisp finally was very clear for a second. "I'd usually just tell them to fuck off but.. I felt thad" Jake smiled at Rich, he smiled because both wanting to cheer him up and at his lisp. "I think your cute being short, it matches your personality" Jake noticed his fuck up "Cool, I meant cool" He coughed to hide his flaming face. "I think I'm cute too, Thanks" Rich snickered gently. Jake rolled his eyes, he hasn't heard Rich's mother or father yet. "Is anyone else home with you?" Jake got an answer "Nope, just us right now" Rich smiled "We could try and do something fun? Maybe a game?"

Jake nodded then tapped his fingers on his own thigh "What game?" He hummed as he asked his question to Rich. "Truth or Dare? It might be boring though with just two people" Rich hummed his answer. Jake thought for a moment. This might be a chance to find out some more secret type stuff. He thought it over again, deciding it was an okay idea. He tapped his lip, "Yeah" Jake said, gently pulling on his lip. Rich smiled, he shown his teeth only to Jake. "Do you want to go?" Jake thought again, how could this go wrong? He thought of nothing so he said 'Yes' Rich did a motion to go ahead. Jake softly said "Truth or Dare?" Rich had a daring look. "Dare!" Jake thought of what to ask. He smiled at one thought he had, though he would hesitate on daring the smaller boy at all. Jake put on a smirk, to show he had a venomous dare. "Okay-" Rich interrupted "I'm scared" Jake chuckled at Rich "It's not that bad- Wait- Yes it is" Jake made an evil laugh just to scare more. "Now, I dare you-
