Josephine stood there staring at the door, watching Richard walk away. Seth's frantic talking was muffled as she focused on Richard's back as he walked further and further away from them. When he turned the corner, her stare still lingered the hallway as if he was still there, haunting her. She looked at the blood streaming down the window which only made her fear worse.

"Josephine!" Seth yelled, his hands rested on her arms as he shook her out of her daze, "Would you get down, please!"

Josephine felt her brows knit together as she looked past Seth seeing a tank angled in front of the door and then behind it was a rack for cover. Josephine assumed that it was an oxygen tank but she wasn't sure.

She looked back at Seth and breathed out, "Seth, I'm so scared."

Seth eyes softened and he nodded, "Hey, it's okay. You're going to be okay. We're going to get out of here, I promise." His hand caressed her cheek and played with a few strands of her greasy blonde hair.

Josephine nodded before heading over to the rack and crouching down behind it. Seth took in a deep breath, pulling out his gun and then, bending down slightly. His hand stayed over the rack as he pulled the trigger causing a large explosion to go off. Once the low heat she felt on her skin for a few seconds was gone, she stood up seeing that the door had blown completely off and was in front of the rack.

Seth grabbed Josephine's hand and guided her out of the room and over to the opened vent door on the ceiling. He jumped up and pulled himself inside. After his body was fully in, he reached his hand out for Josephine and she took it. He pulled the girl up easily and the two were finally in the very tight vents.

They crawled through the vents, Josephine giving direction based on where she could feel the emergency control rooms energy.

"Seth," Josephine spoke up as they made a turn, "Richard isn't killing me for a reason. He told me that she's not done with me. If she got to Richard, how do I know that she hasn't gotten to me?"

"Because you were scared. If she got to you, none of this would be scaring you. You don't have the desire to start killing anyone. She did not get to you." Seth said, trudging ahead in the dark vents.

"Make a left," Josephine said when they approached yet another crossroads, "And what if she does, Seth? I don't want to be like Kate. I don't want her to make me bad. I can't have her do that to me."

"It's not going to happen. Drop it, Josie," Seth said growing annoyed.

"Seth, what I'm trying to say is if I get a feeling something is going to happen to me, you need to stop me. Do whatever you need to but just stop me. Promise me you will." Josephine's tone was also matching Seth's bickering tone.

Seth seemed like he was going to argue but he didn't want to fight. He just spent the past few days worried sick about her believing she was dead and he hated thinking that. He hated the fact that he had just got her back and she wouldn't drop the topic about her dying and being taken over by Amaru. But he sighed knowing that he didn't have the heart to yell at her knowing how heartbroken he was when he thought she was gone, "I promise."
