Erens POV:
Nile's unexpected visit put shock waves through the two packs, some accepting, interacting with Niles pack.
Most of hannes pack stayed far away from them, I couldn't blame them for their fear.
Hannes looked as if he'd seen a ghost as soon as he saw the other alpha, froze up in fear.
Once Nile turned his back to us, I led the older shaken up alpha to a separate hut. Grasping Levi's elbow to follow us.
I shook my head, hands carding through my short hair.
"Why is he here! How did he even know you had the pups?!" I pointed to my mate who cradled the newborn pups in his arms. He looked just as pale as Hannes.
"I-I don't know, no one from his pack was here when it happened..." Levi's shakily replied, stroking Harry's head.
Hannes spoke up. "Not unless he has spies- Unless he has a bug inside of the packs..."
My heart stopped, panic crept up my throat.
A spy, a bug inside of MY pack, spying on MY family and telling some other alpha information-
How could I not have thought of that! I let that happen!
I took deep breathes, trying to calm down.
"We need to figure out who it is..." I stated more calmly than I expected, noticing hannes's shocked expression.
"I'd expected you to get angry or-"
"-Have no doubt I am angry, I just need to find the person who betrayed us and give them an appropriate punishment." Eren interrupted.
Levi lay the pups down in a blanket, wrapped the warm material around them, placed them down on a cushion of pelts and walked back over to our conversation.
"We need a plan to find the bastard." He spoke protectively a calmness added to his tone.
He was WAY more scary when he spoke like that! The traitors should be scared.
"Levi..." I sighed, looking back at the sleeping pups.
No one POV:
Laughter came from outside of the hut, spikes of a joyous scent crowded the entrance as eren stepped out of it.
The big blonde alpha from Niles pack had a dark haired tall omega pinned in his arms. The omegas back to the bark of a tree. They smiled in fondness unlike two strangers were suppose to.
The shirt of the blonde scuffed around the shoulders, the mating mark he wore was clearly seen. The omega had a matching one on the opposite side.
Eren recognised the omega as one of his own pack members though, he stared in confusion at the pair.
Did the other Male not come from Niles pack? How could they be mated-
Ideas flooded into erens head, his body moved without thought, swiping the blondes shoulder firmly back, spinning him.
If he spoke he didn't even realise it because before he knew it, the burly alpha was on the floor. A hand cradled his face, the omega by the tree quickly knelt to his mates height, cooing to him.
"Stay back omega!" Eren ordered, snatching his hands from touching the blonde.
Levi stood by the tent in astonishment, his bond with eren tingled, he could feel everything the alpha did.
Rage, embarrassment, pain. Emotion.
"How could you do that to your own pack?!" He screamed, again, addressing the omega who's fingers were being crushed in his palm.
