It was lunch time and it's been two weeks at this camp.
I've gotten use to hectic breakfast morning rushes always making sure to get up early to use the disgusting outdoor toilet and get to the mess hall 15 minutes before the dinner bell rings. Hungry teenage boys being in the sun all day is a very dangerous thing to encounter.
Ashton and I are at our closest.
It's amazing how two weeks can change things.
We spend every day together. Well, except that one day last week where we sorta got lost in the woods (but, who would be surprised.) and Ashton had swore he caught a case of poison ivy.
I took him to the nurse who actually happened to be a male and he kicked me out for the day to make sure Ashton was safe and not contagious.
Do you know how awful it would be to have itchy, sick teenagers all around? I'm not even going to imagine.
Turns out, Ashton kinda over exaggerating things and that actually caused him to imagine an itch that was never even started.
Hayley and Laura are still bugging me.
"When's your wedding?"
"What colour are our brides maids dresses?"
"Baby names? What if you had twins?"
We've become really close. They tag along with Ashton and I pretty much every other day.
I bit into my hamburger spilling some ketchup off the side pretending like it never happened.
"Would you rather have teeth for eyelashes or eyelashes for teeth?" Calum blurted out.
Michael beside him just laughed and rested his head in his hands. The two teenage boys who once seemed non-existent at one point have actually gotten quite close to our small group of four which was now six.
I didn't mind though. They were awesome.
"How the fuck am I suppose to do my eyeliner with teeth on my eyelids!? And if I had eyelashes in my gums, how am I suppose to eat pizza? C'mon. I thought Asians were smart." Hayley smirked at Calum who's smile faded into a frown.
"Shut up, Hayley. I'm not even Asian and I've been telling you that for a week. Knock it off." He said tossing a piece of lettuce from his salad into her hair.
"I still refuse to answer the question." She said picking out the vegetable that managed to get stuck in her side bangs.
"So, what's on the agenda today?" Ashton spoke up flicking his head up towards Calum.
"Canoeing, swimming in the lake, rock wall, archery opened up finally." Calum went on but I tried to focus less on my lunch. I knew everyone would go for swimming and I really did want to go. I just, didn't feel as comfortable with my body as other people did.
"Let's go swimming!" Laura piped up.
"Ugh, I hate being outdoors. Sun. Just let me be pale forever." Michael groaned pulling his sleeves his to his knuckles.
"That's too bad, Michael. You're still coming with." Hayley said wrapping a hand around his arm.
"Well, who's ready?" Calum said taking the last bite of his salad. Everyone seemed to be done except me.
I suddenly lost my apatite.
"Em, aren't you gonna finish that?" Ashton pointed out to my lunch tray looking confused.
"Uh, no." I nodded looking to my lap.
"You guys uh, go ahead. We'll meet you down." Ashton flashed them a smile. They all left to throw their trays back and their garbage away.
"What is it?" Ashton asked.

Cliffhanger.
This fanfic just keeps getting suckier.
Sorry. I write bad when I'm not in a good mood.
