"You linger on me.
You got me so high, I can finally breath.
You're walking poetry , it's what you do to me"

I instantly relaxed feeling gentle strokes caress my locks, taking me into a calmer state. I observed everyone around being in their own trance either dancing or fooling around whilst I was in my own.

Laying in-between Grayson's legs, I was too caught up in his company and overall scent, getting sucked up deeper and deeper into a world where he only existed. A comfortable silence endured us—just gentle touches and actions that communicated through.

Unfortunately, the relaxed state was soon to end. "Alright guys." Ethan's voice came out clear with a tint of anticipation, averting everyone's attention.

"I have a special announcement" he paused, looking over everyone with a cheeky grin. I shifted in Grayson's embrace tilting my head confusingly towards him as I only got a shrug—meaning he had no clue either.

Ethan's eyes shifted back and forth between us and the still mystery girl I have very slightly learned about. She displayed a shy expression on, her gaze fixated towards her feet with red stained cheeks.

"Me and Mia are back together!" he announced shouting excitedly with his hands in the air. Cheers from the guys soon erupted all over, taking no time in approaching them both, throwing their hugs and pats on the shoulders.

Part of me saw this coming. I sensed the whole thing as soon as my eyes caught them together. Grayson's expression looked like he was just receiving the fresh news like us, instantly getting up towards his brother as I followed wanting to congratulate the freshly reborn couple.

"Congrats E." He smiled softy towards his brother, engulfing him in a light hug. Getting free from each other's grasp, I finally was able to congratulate them both myself.

"Mia, I don't think you've met Rose yet." Ethan supported his hand near the end of her back, glancing over me. I forced a smile upon my lips, feeling heaviness once they curved upwards. "Nice to meet you" I extended a polite hand towards her direction.

She was quick to decline it, engulfing me in her embrace. "Oh, I don't do handshakes" she giggled sweetly, breaking loose after quick seconds. Then it hit me right after—where's Cara? Oh god.

I panicked, observing my surroundings attentively trying to catch a glimpse of her figure but failed to do so as she was out of sight.

"I'll leave you two alone for now" I excused myself wanting to go after her before throwing them a quick glance, featuring a crooked smile "And once again, congrats."

As much as I was happy for E, my best friend's feelings came in the way weighing me down, not letting the news excite me much.

"I'll be back." I whispered tenderly into Grayson's ear, planting a kiss upon the delicate flesh of his jaw.

Turning my back on, I was quick to go down the small rooms down the yacht as she couldn't be anywhere else. I scanned the area around, her figure didn't take long to meet my vision leaning against the kitchen marbles.
