"Love never asks for consent.
It crashes down towards you unapologetically  and when it comes;
it comes"

"So what's the plan?" Cara's voice echoed through the empty coffee shop as Ethan faced her sitting across —his thoughts almost drowning him

Thoughts that shouldn't worry him nor phase him since the situation they're currently in wasn't directly affecting him

But then again, it affected his brother and that was nearly the same thing. Grayson's problem were Ethan's too as these two were inseparable and surely had a powerful brotherly connection

Sighing, Ethan dropped his head looking into the almost cold coffee that been sitting for the past ten minutes "I don't know"

Helpless, his tone screamed. Frustration drawn into his features as he averted his vision back at Cara and somehow she had the same expression on mirroring his emotions

"Listen" she took a sip of her coffee pursuing her lips right after "I think you should talk to him" her tone came out more demanding as Ethan instantly bit the insides of his cheek

"Talk to him, see where he's coming from, maybe even try to understand him" she explained further as he listened attentively

"The case is either he regretted getting close or he simply played her" she couldn't help but wince as the last sentence escaped her

The thought alone left her fuming but she knew she had to calm down, discussing whatever happened in peace "I mean, I don't know. You probably know your brother more anyways"

Ethan instantly nodded, agreeing fully with her "He's always close and mysterious when it came to his thoughts thought, i don't know if he'll corporate"

Somehow he felt bad he was interfering with his brother's private life as he wished Grayson wasn't so complicated.

He wished his brother would change his ways without him getting in the middle of it

And maybe, just maybe, he thought he should just let him be but then again; you don't ever give up on people you love

"You're his twin brother, the closest person to not only him, but his heart" Cara leaned in further towards the table "I'm pretty sure he's gonna at least open up a little bit as I'm also sure you already know some stuff.."

She dragged on "Stuff..we have no clue about"

Ethan stayed silent, pretty much confirming what she said. He knew stuff, maybe too much stuff even. After all, the topic was about his brother.

And of course like every other two close people, they knew the struggles they been through, they knew the reasons behind each other's behavior and what reflexed it

But Ethan still couldn't help sometimes wondering why and how, even though he knew exactly knew why but too many thoughts and over analyzation played tricks on him

For he went through the same experience—the same trauma. And just like any childhood trauma, it have good and bad consequences.
