Chapter 13: Laughs After Laughs

David and I were sitting on the couch cuddling. My legs were on David's lap, and he had his right hand on them, his phone in the other hand. We were sharing a blanket. I started flipping through my pictures when I found one of us sitting on a mountain. We weren't facing the camera. Our heads were touching. We were holding hands as we stared at the stars. David I hadn't gone public yet. It had been two weeks since Liza said that she would be okay with us going public. We've already discussed how we'll tell our fans, but we haven't done it yet.

"David?"

"Yeah?"

"Don't you think we should tell our fans about us before to long?" I asked.

"I want to." He said putting his phone down and looking at me.

"But I don't you to start getting hate because of it." He said rubbing my leg.

"You're scared of what others will think?"

"Yeah, kind of."

"If they give us hate so be it. It can't hurt us. We've gotten over hate countless times before."

He didn't reply.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing, it's just- can we wait another week or so?" He asked.

"Yeah, but can I drop a hint?" I asked.

"Like what?"

"Can I post this picture on my Instagram?" I said showing him the picture of us on the mountain.

"I guess." He said.

"If you don't want me to I don't have to." I said.

"No, I just think it's a bit obvious."

"How?"

"The hair and all black clothes." He said smiling.

"Well if it's obvious then we might make it on Drama Alert." I said laughing.

David laughed.

"Sure" He said.

"So I can post it?"

"Yeah, I want you to be happy." He said.

I smiled at him and we kissed.

Right before I posted the picture I put a simple '❤' in the description. I then clicked post and that was it. It was done.

"There we go" I said.

"Well, I guess we just have to wait it out." He said wrapping his arm around me.

~Three Weeks Later~

Today was the day. The day David and I were going to tell our fans that we're dating. Our plan was to record a Q&A and post it on David's second channel. We sat down in front of the camera and right before David pressed record her turned to me.

"Ready?" He asked.

"I guess" I said.

He pressed the record button.
