Shattered Window

One day left

I pulled up in Sawyer's driveway. Technically, I wasn't allowed to see Sawyer before the wedding since it was tradition, but this was not a traditional wedding.

I pulled out the key unlocking and slowly opened the door

"SAWYER" I called out

The living room and kitchen was dead silent. I walked down the hallway towards his room

"AH FUCK" a woman's voice moaned

I started shaking, maybe his mother and father were in there. A lot of divorced couples have sex with each other

"OH GOD, YOUR SO TIGHT" A familiar male voice said

I peeked through the cracked door, my eyes widen as I saw Sawyer.

He was on top of Carly, sucking her neck and tracing his fingers on her side. I shook my head in disbelief and anger

"You want to play dirty fine, let's play" I whispered to myself
I ran outside, opening the trunk of my car. I grabbed Hannah's baseball bat

I went over to Carly's car, I took a deep breath and smashed her front window. Glass flew everywhere, but I didn't care.

I smashed the hood and the passenger windows.

I put the bat back in the trunk and went back inside the house. Anger flared my body, so much rage and sadness replaced happiness

I climbed upstairs and peeked in the room

*they're still going at it*

Carly was on top this time, I could hear his moaning and grunting. My hands started shaking as I pushed open the door wider

"Ali-Alianna, I-I ca-can ex-explain" Sawyer stuttered pushing Carly to the floor

I have never seen Sawyer get dressed faster in my life

I stared at Carly, she was sitting on the floor with a smirk on her face. I opened my mouth, no words came out. I tried again

"YOU MOTHER FUCKING SLUT, I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOUR SKANK ASS" I snapped

I went towards her, I slapped her left cheek. Sawyer grabbed me as I began punching her pretty face.

I kicked and struggled as Sawyer pulled into the kitchen with him. I continued to curse him and Carly out.

"ALIANNA, BABY CALM DOWN" Sawyer begged

I stared at him, I wanted to cry, I wanted to scream. I couldn't give him the advantage of seeing me break down

"YOU ARE A FUCKING PRICK, HOW COULD YOU, I LOVED YOU," I screamed

"Carly came over, I was nervous I didn't mean to" Sawyer said

"LIES" I yelled

Sawyer stepped closer, I pushed him away. I looked at my feet, I feel a stray tear roll down my cheek. I quickly wiped it away before Sawyer could notice

"I'm not lying to you, I love you" I said

"OH CUT THE BULLSHIT HARTMAN" I scoffed

Sawyer grabbed my wrist before I could walk past him

"Sawyer, let me go," I growled

"Please, let's work is out" Sawyer begged again

"YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE YOU SLEPT WITH THAT PIECE OF TRASH" I threw my good arm in the air

Carly entered the kitchen, she was wearing her clothes and covering her black eye and bloody nose

She walked over to Sawyer and whispered something in his ear, she glared at me

Sawyer still had my wrist as I opened the cabinets, and began throwing plates at her

"YOU FUCKING BITCH," I yelled

I was inches away from seeing her bleed on the floor before she ran out the front door

"MY CAR" I heard her yell

I pulled my wrist away from Sawyer as I began walking away

I had to leave, I couldn't stand there anymore

"Alianna, please, I'm sorry" Sawyer yelled

"You're only sorry that you got caught" I walked out the door

I took off the engagement, crouched down, and smashed the green gem on the cement floor.

The emerald shattered, I straighten up. Sawyer was standing behind me with his mouth wide. I walked to the car, got inside and drove away before he could react
