"We are here." Steve says as soon as they pull up to outside an abandoned military base where the signal has led them to. Hannah nod and take off her seat belt and walk out of the car before Steve does. The silence and awkwardness between them is killing her. She still hasn't respond to Steve's confession, not because she doesn't feel the exact same way, but she was just scared and confuse and it stops her from saying anything.
"The file came from this coordinates." Hannah says when she hears Steve shuts the car door. They went inside the camp and walking around it to search for anything that will be helpful for them.
"This camp is where I trained." Steve says breaking the silence between them.
"Changed much?" Hannah ask him. She knows that he is currently reminiscing his old memories there at the camp. She can see that Steve was looking in the distance and his shoulders seems heavy.
"This is a dead end. Zero heat signature, zero waves not even radio. Whoever wrote the file must have used a router to throw people off." Hannah says looking at Steve with frustration and disappointment and so does Steve. But Steve face frown when he notices a building behind Hannah.
"What is it?" Hannah ask and turn her head to look at what Steve sees. They both walk towards the building.
"Army regulations forbid storing ammunition within five hundred yards of the barracks. This building is in the wrong place." Steve says as he opens the lock of the building with his shield and they both enter inside the building. Hannah turns on the lights and they both can see a SHIELD logo in front of them indicating that its a SHIELD office.
"This is SHIELD." Hannah says and Steve nods while his eyes was scanning his surroundings.
"Maybe this is where it started." Steve says while entering a room where they find an old framed portraits of Howard Stark, Peggy and Col. Chester Phillips. Hannah stops walking when she sees her dad's portraits hanging on the wall. Steve notice Hannah's sad eyes. He rub behind Hannah's back and walk further down the room and stops by a massive book shelf. Steve notice something strange from the book shelf. There's wind coming from the middle of the book shelf.
"If you're already working in a secret office-" Steve says while he pushes the books shelf and slides it open to reveal an elevator behind it.
"Why do you need to hide the elevator?" There was an elevator in front of them that require a pass code for them to use it. Hannah hack into it and the elevator open automatically when Hannah has manage to hack it. They go down the elevator which takes them to a room with old looking computers. They both walk to a computer in the middle of the room.
"This can't be the date-point. This technology is ancient." Hannah says but she stops walking and talking when she see a small flash drive port. She grab the flash drive from her jeans pocket and place it in it which then activates the ancient computer in the room. Hannah just randomly type Y-E-S as the password for the computer.
"Huh. Will you look at that." Hannah says with a smirk feeling proud of herself and Steve smiles proudly at her too but Hannah didn't notice it. But then, they both hear an accented voice speaking.
"Rogers, Steven. Born, 1918. Stark, Hannah Marrelyn. Born 1990." They both stare at each other when they see an old camera moving above them as it analyzes them.
"Its some kind of recording." Hannah says raising her shoulders.
"I am not a recording. I may not be the man I was when the Captain took me prisoner in 1945, but I am." The computer says correcting Hannah and Steve stands in front of her, protecting her when the computer screen shows an old photo of Dr. Arnim Zola.
