Chapter 48

"You're alive!" Clint say with joy in his voice as he came into the room alone while the rest of them waiting outside. Hannah giggles while shaking her head.

"Yeah. Sorry to disappoint you." Hannah says and they both laugh.

"Why are they waiting outside?" Hannah ask as she tilt her head towards the rest of the team.

"Its Bruce. He told us to come in one by one. We have to play a game to decide who can come in first." Clint says.

"What game?"

"Rock paper scissor."

"What?! That's lame."

"Hey, that's all we got."

"And you obviously win."

"What can I say, I'm lucky." They stop laughing when they hear a knock on the glass. It was Tony. He shows his wrist, telling Clint his time is out.

"Okay, that's my cue. Its good to have you back Hannah." Clint say as he kisses her head and walk out the door. After Clint, it was Natasha's turn.

"I thought you would be in the first place." Hannah says.

"Just between you and me, I think Clint cheated." Natasha says before she hugs Hannah tightly.

"You've no idea how worried I am."

"I'm sorry Nat. It wont happen again. I promise." Natasha let go of their hug.

"We both know you can't keep that promise."

"I'm sorry."

"Its okay. You're okay now. That's all that matters." Natasha says before she hugs Hannah again. Before Natasha left, she kiss Hannah's head and Hannah can see Sam walk into the lab.

"You know, I know you'll survive this. I mean, I don't know how powerful you are, but I know you're powerful." Sam says.

"Thank you Sam."

"You're welcome kiddo. Just remember to not let this happen again. You scared the hell out of us. Especially Tony and Steve. Life has been miserable!" Sam says and it makes Hannah laugh. She can imagine how Tony wont stop nagging at them about why she wont wake up. When Sam left, it was Bruce turn.

"Umm, didn't we just talk." Hannah ask.

"Yeah. That was a doctor to patient talk. This is Bruce and Hannah talk." Bruce says.

"Thank you Bruce, for everything."

"You don't have to thank me. We all want you back. And I'm glad you're back." Bruce says before he hugs her and went out of the lab. Before Bruce could get near the door, Tony has already barge into the room.

"Hey Tony, I'm-" Hannah cant finish her sentence when Tony attack her with a strong but comfort hug. She hug him back, as strong as his hug.

"You scares me. I thought I'm going to lose you again." Tony says.

"You wont lose me Tony. Its not easy to kill me."

"Is that a joke, because if it is, its not funny." Tony says as he let go of his hug and stare straight into Hannah's eyes.

"Its not. Its the truth. It will not be easy to kill me."

"I don't know how am I supposed to react to that. Am I supposed to be glad or mad, I don't know. What I know, please don't you ever dare to do that again." Hannah chuckles when Tony finish his nagging.

"This is not funny."

"I know, I know. I'm just - I'm sorry. I don't know what else I can say. I'm really sorry I made you worried." Hannah says and Tony hugs her again.

"Its okay sweetheart." Tony sighs.

"Okay. There's something that Bruce and I need to do. I will be back to check on you okay. I love you sweetheart." Tony says before he kiss Hannah's head and leaving the lab but before he steps foot outside he turns around a give a warning to Hannah.

"Steve will come in after me, NO FUNNY BUSINESS." Tony says before he walk out of the lab and leave with Bruce, Natasha, Clint and Sam. Hannah's eyes are fix on Steve. He didn't budge at all. He just stands there in front of the door staring at the floor.

"Steve." Hannah call him but he still didn't budge.

"Steve, I would love to walk to you but I don't think my leg is strong enough." Steve still stands there staring at the floor.

"Steve please. Look at me. I miss you." Hannah says and it makes Steve look at her. Hannah's heart hurt when she sees Steve's eyes. He was holding his tears from falling.

"Steve." Hannah says while raising her hand towards him asking him to come to her and hug her. When Steve sees that, he ran towards her and hug her tightly, don't want to let go.

"I'm sorry." Hannah says as she hugs him tightly.

"Don't leave me again."

"I wont Steve. I'm sorry."

"I don't think I can live without you." Steve says as he stare into her eyes.

"I love you Hannah. A lot." Steve says before he cups her face and kiss her passionately.

"I love you to Steve. A lot." Hannah says when they part their kiss. Steve smiles and he hid his face in her neck, while still hugging her. He's scared of letting go, and so do Hannah.
