Prince's POV

"So I was thinking of how you can pay me back, you know since I saved your ass from those school boys." Stated Xavier

"What do you have in mind?" I asked.

"That chain your Dad was wearing, when he first performed "No Apologies" I want it.

"But that chain belonged to my Dad's cousin, Bunkie. He's dead now." "I can't man." I replied.

"You're in my gang now you'll do what I request." Said X

I looked down with a worried expression.

"Is there gonna be a problem?"  Questioned X

I looked up. "No there won't be." "I'll get you that chain."

Hakeem's POV

"Empire is celebrating their 30 year reunion." "Are you ready to hit that stage and perform some of our old hits?" Asked Jamal. 

I was space out I didn't hear Jamal speaking.

"Hello earth to Hakeem."

"My bad bruh." I replied.

"What is up with you?" Asked Jamal.

"Nothing man, it's time to get focus if we're gonna killed this performance." I said

"I definitely have to do "Drip Drop"

"Will Tiana be performing with you, since she's featured on the song?" Asked Jamal.

"You know what nvm probably should scratch that off the list." "Or I could do it solo." I pondered

"Nah man it's a fan favorite, definitely have to do it with her." Said Jamal

"What does Lucious and Cookie think?" I asked.

"They want us all to meet at Empire to go over the details."

Prince's POV

No one was home but a few maids so taking that chain would be easier than I thought. Luckily I knew where my Dad keeps all of his jewelry. I quietly tiptoe to my parents bedroom.

I looked around.

I rummage through my Dad's things but didn't find the chain. Then I remember, my Dad keeps that chain in the safe. Ugh I don't know the code to the safe. I tried a few guesses but didn't have any luck. Then I remember my parents being devastated about the loss of my twin sister who died at birth. I tried my birthday and it worked.!

I open the safe and found the chain. I quickly put the chain in my backpack. And took 5 grand. I closed the safe and quietly exit the room.

Bella's POV

"You should come to Empire's 30 year reunion." I replied.

"Will you be there?" Caden smile

"Of course." I smiled in return.

"Then I'm there." Caden responded.

"You can finally introduce me to your parents."

"I told my Mom about you, but haven't told my Dad yet." I said

"Should I be worried?" Caden laugh

"No my Dad will like you." I replied.

"I gotta go but I'll catch you later." Said Caden

Caden POV

I was walking home and I notice a group of dudes that look like trouble.

"Check out my man jacket, it says Stuyvesant." "He goes to that school our boy go too." "He's one of the dudes  that jump our man in the park." I've heard one of them say.

I continue walking, when one of them stopped me.

"Ay remember me homie, I'm X." "You and your crew thought you were bad and all jumping my mans in the park."

"I don't know what you're talking about." I replied

"You playing dumb now son." "Ay pull out the strap."

Boom Boom Boom!

Shots were fired.

Prince POV

"I think he's dead bro, we gotta get outta here." Gutta yell.

"I got the chain." I said walking up to X and his gang. 

What's going on?"

"Good looking out young blood." Said Xavier, retrieving the chain.

"We got one of the dudes that jump you." Said Rell

I look to the ground and notice a guy on the ground.

"Y'all killed him?" I said in a worried tone

I looked at the guy again lying lifeless on the ground. Oh no! That's my sister's friend.

"That's the wrong guy" I panicked.

"Well he had the same jacket on as those dudes that jumped you." Said X

"He goes to my school but that's not him." "You don't understand, that's my sister's bf." I cried

"X we gotta get outta here." Said Gutta

"Listen young blood you keep your mouth shut."
