[Enna's POV]

"Basta pupunta po kayo 6PM bukas Tita ha? Pakisabi nalang din po kay Shakira. Bye po ingat!" I dropped the call at sumunod sa hubby ko sa meat section.

I invited our closest friends para sa birthday ni Mikho bukas and now were doing the groceries. He just want an intimate dinner tomorrow. Ito na kasi talaga ang nakasanayan niya tuwing birthday niya. It's also a way of our family bonding kasi magluluto kami with the family. I know they have the entire hotel para maghanda sa kanya pero you know my hubby. Hindi naman siya ganun. Simpleng tao lang siya. And I'm super duper excited na on Monday, a day after his birthday for our big day! Mukhang clueless naman ang hubby ko kaya I did not worry na.

"Adrienna?"

A high-pitched voice called me kaya napalingon ako and I almost cringed when I saw who it was. My double-blade ex-boyfriend.

"Wow, look at you Adrienna! Still gorgeous as ever!" He gave me a once over. "Ang tagal ko nang walang balita sa'yo. The last time I heard sobrang controversial, dalawang beses ka daw nag-asawa?Totoo ba iyon?"

I tried to smile stopping myself from gritting my teeth in annoyance. Ang tsismoso talaga ng pepper na 'to. He courted me kasi gusto niyang makishare at manghingi ng mga designer kong gamit and lagi siyang umuutang sa' kin just to support his secret boyfriend. Kaya pala mahilig siya sa fashion, he's gay pala. I should have listened to Mikey when he told na Luis belongs to his circle. Like always, he looks fake parin. He dresses like a guy, got the muscles and all but like every closet gay, it's only a cover-up.

"I was only married once." Si Mikho lang ang asawa ko. I was never married to Ashton. Lumingon ako at tinuro ang hubby ko na namimili ng meat. "See that super gorgeous guy?That's my husband. His name is Jared Mikholai Montero. " I proudly said and I glanced back at him but saw him smiling meaningfully while still looking at my hubby.

"Gorgeous nga, lucky you. Nice ass he has in there," he smiled. "I've heard about him and know his brothers. One of them used to be a model and the other is a way and way famous businessman. He's a rumored gay."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. "Hindi gay si Kuya Elj. And he has a wife!" I defended.

"Correction. A throphy wife. Bakit ngayon wala parin silang anak?"

"Ano bang pakialam mo sa buhay ni Kuya Elijah? Pinapakialaman ka ba niya? You know what? Sobrang tsismoso mo parin. You don't know anything about him or about his family. He's not gay, okay? So please paki tsika 'yan sa mga ka circle mong gay!" Right now gusto kong hilahin ang blonde hair niya. I couldn't stop myself from shouting. Hindi ko alam kung saan niya na pulot ang fake news na gay si Kuya Elj.

Biglang nanlaki ang mata niya sa sinabi ko pero bigla din iyong nag-iba.

"Hi!" he greeted, smiling while looking behind me.

Suddenly, I felt a soft hand touch my head. I know it was my hubby.

"Palangga, may problema ba?" came my hubby's soft deep voice.

"This guy he--

"Luis, Adrienna's ex-boyfriend. " He cut me off bago ko pa siya masumbong and extended his hand for a handshake.
