Today is the day. Today is the day I'm finally going to tell her. I've held it in for so long I don't think I can anymore, so I have to. If I don't tell her today I'll never tell her and I don't want that.

April's my best friend and you tell your best friend everything right? No matter how silly or stupid it is, so that's what I'm going to do. I get my phone and text her before I change my mind

Hey, do you think could come over? xx

From : April

Yeah, I'll be 10 mins :) xx

I have ten minutes, ten minutes to prepare what I am going to say, ten minutes to plan how I'm going to do it. Crap! I only have ten minutes!

Before I know it April is knocking and not long after I hear her getting closer an closer to my door and my heart begins to race, why am I so nervous?

"heyyyy!" she's always so chirpy but today she seems extra chirpy? Almost excited to be here?

"hi" I simply reply because I don't know how this is going to go and I'm already standing awkwardly

"you seem different today? Are you okay?" her questioning me is just making me feel more uncomfortable

"yeah I'm fine, just a little tired" which is kind of true, I'm exhausted of thinking of ways to tell her this

"okay well, I have some news for you that will wake you right up!"

I'll let her tell me her news first, it's probably just something about new shoes or a new shop or something

"okay shoot"

"okay well, you know the way when term started we started hanging out with ashton and his friends?"

"yeah?" I don't know where this is going anymore?

"well, I kind of like Luke and I think I'm going to ask him out?!" I don't think she could have said that any faster if she tried!

"wow, that's great April" I am in complete shock

"I know right! but I need a favour?"

"yeah, anything" I don't know where she's going with this

"do you think you could help me get a date with him?"

"yes, of course!" how could I say no? Plus, she doesn't know what I was going to tell her so I just won't, it's for the better. But one things for certain, I did not see that coming.
