I checked the time at the top of my phone screen and saw it was twelve am. I smiled to myself and quickly typed a reply.

Let me grab my laptop
I reached over to my desk and sat against my headboard as I waited for my laptop to built up. I immediately clicked the Skype button. When I saw the little green dot beside Luke’s name I felt excitement bubble inside me. The annoying ringing started so I quickly pressed the accept button.
“Hey baby,” he smiled.
“Hey,” I said then rubbed my eyes.
“How was school?”
“Boring…but I made a new friend. Her name’s Carolyn,” I smiled.
“That’s awesome. We’re jetlagged so we’re pretty fucking tired,” he chuckled.
“Sucks to be you,” I said then poked my tongue out at him.
“I miss you already and it’s only been about a day,” he complained.
“Almost two,” I teased and he rolled his eyes.
“Tell me about Carolyn”
“She’s quite pretty actually, Calum’s type I’m sure. She has curly blonde hair, blue eyes, and a nice smile. She likes Doctor Who and your band,” I told him and his smile was bright which made me miss him more.
“With the she’s Calum’s type thing, were you implying he’s her favourite?”
“Maybe,” I said with a cheeky smile.
“What have you been learning about at school?”
“Nothing really. Just preparing for my QCS and yeah. Math, English and Science…yay,” I deadpanned.
“It can’t be that bad”
“My teacher is a sixty year old woman who teaches out of her study and her waiting room is her lounge room. Her house smells like old people,” I frowned and he chuckled.
“Awe baby. I wish I was there to stink up your room,” I smiled with a small laugh.
“It still smells like you here so you still do,” I told him.
“There you go”
“But it’s not as good as having you here,” I pouted.
“Don’t look at me like that!”
“Why not?”
“My heart aches when you look at me like that”
“Subject change. Have you heard from Jezzy lately?”
“Yeah. She texted me a few hours ago actually”
“Really? I haven’t heard from her in weeks,” I told him.
“It was just a group text with the guys saying something along the lines of have fun and she can’t wait to come out in Christmas. She didn’t reply though”
“Still. It’s been at leats three weeks since we’ve spoken and I miss her so bad”
“I’m sure she’s just been busy”
“But she could have at least sent a quick ‘miss you’ text or something,” I said and felt myself start to get teary. “Damn it Jezzy!” I said then let out a sad laugh as I wiped my eyes.
“Baby please don’t cry,” Luke begged.
“I can’t help it. It’s all your fault. If you had never come along I’d be an emotionless zombie still and I would not feel,” I told him and he chuckled lightly.
“I know baby. I know. How’s Markus?”
“Something is up with him. I caught him going through Lillian’s makeup the other day and he’s been wearing hoods a lot. It’s starting to freak me out”
“Isn’t that what you did before you met me?”
“No!”
“Maybe something’s going on at school”
“Probably”
“Lacy Marie Scott! It’s past midnight. What are you doing?” Chris scolded.
“Skyping Luke,” I replied.
“You have school tomorrow so go to bed,” he said then shut the door behind him.
“Man he’s annoying,” I told Luke.
“Lacy…bed,” he wared.
“Fine,” I sighed. “Gotta go I guess. Love you,” I told him then blew him a kiss.
He pretended to catch it with a smile on his lips, “love you too babe. Night,” he said then ended the call.
I let out a sigh as I shut my laptop down the put it back on my desk. I laid flat on my back before looking out the window. I stared at the moon with a small smile.
“I wish you weren’t so far away,” I muttered then closed my eyes.

A/N- so here's the next chapterbut this isn't what I wanted to talk about.
Ok so number one on my list of things; someone at my school made a gossip page about the students on Facebook. I'll admit, i did try my hardest to find it and was let down with the lack off gossip but still. That's people's private secretes and what kind of friend would tell some random their friend's secretes. It disgusts me that someone would do that to everyone else.
Two; Calum's nudes. Like holy shit I only found out about this yesterday because I don't have Twitter but OH...MY...GOD. Applause to Calum for taking javing his nudes leaked so well. And Dylan Sprous as well.
Calum- least ya know what it looks like now
Dylan- Whoops, guess I'm not 14 and fat anymore
Like motherofflyingsloths I'm surprised. Cal could have just denied it because his face wasn't in the video but no. He owns it with pride and i seriously applaude them both.
And last; this girl who is supposed to be my "friend" keeps complaining how she's single but se has two guys after her and openly admit it while she just leads them on. One of the guys i was into but no, she took him from me and one of the other girls is very two faced about it. She said over the group chat that it wasn't her fault and stuff but was saying it was a bitchy thing to do in person.
I'm just done.
