As we sat at the table across from each other Luke scrolled down his phone, “you’re the worst boyfriend ever,” I teased.
He looked up at me and gave me the most innocent face a human could possibly pull, “I’m sorry. I was just checking something”
“Don’t look at me like that!” I whined.
“Why not?”
“Because my ovaries explode every time you do,” I replied and he smirked.
“I hold the power”
“You certainly do Hemmings. What are you checking?”
“Stuff”
“What kind of stuff?”
“It’s a surprise”
“You know I hate surprises”
“As you said on our first date”
“I hate how you remember all that stuff”
“It’s a gift,” he shrugged with a cocky smirk.
“And that fucking smirk”
“What?” I made bomb noises and dramatic hand gestures causing him to chuckle. “I’m Luke Hemmings. What do you expect?”
“A little boy who’s too afraid to make the first move”
“So you do remember our first date?”
“Chicken shit,” I said covering it with a fake cough. “Sorry babe. I think I’m coming down with something”
“Is that an innuendo for us to have sex?”
“As much as I’d like to say yes I’m gonna say no”
“Awe!”
“You’ve kept it to together for six months”
“It would have been a year tody”
“I know,” I smiled shyly. “It was fucking freezing at the beach”
“You didn’t show it”
“I’m manly like that,” I said and we both laughed.
“It was cold though”
“Be a man,” I told me and did that stupid thing body builders (and jacked up teenage guys) do when they’re trying to show off their muscles.
“Oh god. I’m dating a man”
“Your fault,” I said then poked my tongue at him and he poked his back. “I am dating the cutes guy on the planet”
“Oh stop it,” he said acting like a teenage girl.
He looked back down at his phone and I smirked. I opened up my Keek and pressed the record button.
“What are you doing Lucas?” I asked.
“Nothing,” he replied not looking at me.
“You love your phone more than me you meaner”
“I’m doing something for you”
“I don’t care,” he looked up and saw I was recording him so he smirked.
“I told you not to give me that smirk”
“Why? Too much for your ovaries to handle?”
“Yes!” I said then uploaded it.
“What’d you name it?”
“Ovary Explosion”
“Nice,” he smiled making me smile.
“I’m just that awesome”
“That’s debatable”
“Bitch,” I told him and he just chuckled.
“If you’re saying you’re my bitch then you’d be correct,” my mouth hung open then we burst into fits of laughter.
“God I love you,” I said and he blushed slightly.
“I love you too,” he replied.
“Awe,” the waitress cooed as she set down our orders.
“Thanks,” Luke told her and I did the same.
“How long have you two been dating?”
“Six months,” I answered.
“Awe that’s so cute,” she said then walked away.
“Did you see that? She was totally checking me out,” I said then flipped my hair.
“I am quite possibly dating the sassiest girl in existence,” Luke laughed.
“You’d be wrong. That title goes to Lohanthony dear Lucas,” I said and he gave me a weird look. “Don’t worry about it”
