I've been at college for about a month now, this is my first time coming home. I've made friends right away, it was perfect. My classes are going along well, there's just so much work.
Also, there's no one to wake you up from your 14 hour slumber; so if you don't set your alarm, you're absolutely fucked.
My roommate is either always out or always hanging around me, there's no in between. I love spending time with her though.
She's got a really expensive car so like... duh.
"Stella, you sure you don't want me to just drive you home? You really wanna take the railroad?" My roommate, Maria, says as she scrunches her face at the sight of a train.

"I'll be fine, thanks." I hug my roommate and walk to a bench. Tonight I'll be lost in the screaming crowd at a Five Seconds of Summer concert with April and Lillian.. Tomorrow, Shawn's taking me to see Niall Horan.
I really hope Shawn can yanno.. hook me up with some backstage-

On my way home, my best friend up at college, Sierra, FaceTimes me and I answer to all of my friends screaming about how they miss me already.
"We're replacing you, Stella."
"Oh yeah? With who?" I chuckle and look up from my phone to old woman was staring me down.., is it time to run in between subway carts?
"Luke! We just met him at the gym." Sierra turns the camera onto some random guy sitting next to the rest of my friends.
"You? Sierra? Went to the.. gym?! Without me to witness such rarity?! Wow!"
One thing my friends and I cherish about our friendship is our similar humor. "Luke has a six pack and plays the piano."
"Okay, well, so does Shawn."
"You're never gonna get with Shawn, anyway."
"Touché," I say and pull the stop signal on the train since my block is approaching.
