4 days until she runs away
Clementine was late again for the fourth time but this time she didn't run. She didn't care about good attendance if she wasn't staying, she got to school at ten. Her eyes carried bags as she had a cup of coffee in hand, she leaned against her seat as Duck continued to throw papers at her head.
"What do you want?"
"When are we gonna hangout loser?" He asked with a grin, Clementine only rolled her eyes as she pinched the bridge of her nose. She wasn't off all of this week, and she had a double date. She let out a sigh as she took another sip of the caffeinated drink.
"Uh, Saturday?" She asked, Duck watched her worriedly as he bit his cheek.
"But that's so far, it's Wednesday!" He whisper shouted. Clementine tapped her nails on the tables wood, she was getting irritated.
"I have work all week, even on the weekends."
"Why do you even need a job?" He asked with arms crossed, his eyes held a suspicious glance as Clem but her lip.
"I want money?" She said as if it were obvious, Duck rolled his eyes as he smirked at the girl. His eyes wondered around the room as he looked for Louis, he was working with Marlon.
"Why don't you ask your rich, sugar daddy boyfriend for money?" He taunted, his head fell back as if he were swooning. Clementine turned a light shade of pink as she rubbed her arm.
"He isn't rich, nor is he my sugar daddy."
"His mom is loaded! Plus I'm sure you call him daddy in your spare time." He winked, Clementine turned bright red as she looked at her shoes, she wanted to kick his ass.
Louis looked over at the two with a smirk, he only heard daddy and boyfriend. Marlon let out a low chuckle as he shook his head, the whole thing was funny to the two boys.
"Suck my di-"
"Clementine get to work!" Lily said sternly, she rolled her eyes as she continued writing her notes. That woman had it out for the short girl, especially because of who her mother was. Lily had always hated Carly for no reason. Louis slowly walked over to the two as Marlon trailed along, they placed their work next to clem and sat down. Louis looked over to Clementine with a grin as he tapped her shoulder with his pencil.
"I heard you two talking about me."
"Your sugar daddy follows you a lot doesn't he?" Duck asked sarcastically, he wanted to talk with the girl alone. They had been friends for years but barely talked in this past month. Clementine shot him a glare as Louis nodded.
"Yup, But take out the sugar and keep the daddy." He said cheekily, Marlon let out a loud laugh as he continued writing the notes. Clementines eyes widened as she rested her head in her hands.
"Oh my god, I hate you all." She whispered as she squeezed her eyes shut. Louis let out a chuckle as he placed a hand on her mid thigh, he looked down at the short girl with a smile as he kissed her head.
"Do you now?" He asked with a small pout. "Because last I heard, I was the love of your life."
"I'm running away." She whispered, her eyes widened as she realized what she said. The three boys didn't realize she was telling the truth, instead they let out a small laugh as Louis thumb gently rubbed her leg.
"I would be devastated." He said with a smirk, Clementine only let out a small laugh as she shook her head. He'd get over it.
He'd find someone new, someone better. The girls would be lining up infront of him, although she didn't like the idea, she new he needed someone. It was inevitable with a guy like him, his looks and personality were everything a girl could want. The short girl didn't believe anyone would be upset over her disappearance, no one would even notice. That's what she believed, but it wasn't true. She was loved by many, she mainly told herself this so she wouldn't feel so bad.
