Louis sat in Marlons car, it was six o'clock at night. The two boys were driving to the concert, Louis couldn't get that girl out of his head. There was something about her that attracted him.
"Marlon?" Louis whispered, the blonde only hummed in response. He kept his eyes on the road which was good.
"Have you seen this girl at our school? She has brown curly hair, her skin his tan. She has nice curves-"
"Are you talking about Clementine?" The blonde asked quietly, Louis scoffed as he stared at the boy. He was almost offended by that.
"No? This is someone else."
Marlon rolled his eyes as he clutched the wheel. He was growing agitated by the boy, he had his own problems with Brody.
"Seems like you have a type." Marlon muttered. "I haven't seen her."
Louis sighed as he sat up, his back was killing him. He looked ahead, they were close to the area. Louis grabbed the bottle of vodka and sighed, yes there was going to be alcohol there but the two of them were underage. Louis was going to be the sober driver this time.
He looked over to his friend, who was busy looking for parking. Something about the blonde seemed off, that much he could tell. He let out a sigh as Marlon turned off the car, the blonde stared at the steering wheel, he seemed so blank.
"What's wrong?" He asked quietly, Marlon grunted in response. His brows furrowed as he looked up at the boy.
"What do you mean."
"You seem pissed, you've seemed that way for a while." He said quietly, Marlon brushed his hands through his blonde hair as he sighed.
The boy didn't know what to do, he was honestly holding so much in.
"Brody... she broke up with me." Marlon whispered, his voice cracked towards the end as he rested his head in his hands.
"Wait what? Why?" He asked quietly, Marlon took the bottle from Louis' hands and drank out of it. He shook his head as he stared lazily at the dark outside.
"I'm a fuckup, I almost fucked up her life too." He hissed, Louis' eyes narrowed at the statement.
"You're not a fuckup."
"Tell that to my... ex girlfriend." He whispered, the blonde quickly opened the car door and walked out.
Louis couldn't believe it, a few days ago the two of them couldn't keep their clothes on around eachother. He quickly followed the blonde out of the car, his footsteps were quick to catch up. Marlon looked ahead at the building infront of him, it was sorta large. Purple lights flashed around as they heard the large crowed, there were a lot more people than he had anticipated.
They all seemed a lot older than the two teenage boys, he felt out of place. They were all in their early to late twenties, no one paid mind to the to teenage boys. They all waited eagerly for the show to start. The band wasn't very popular. It was surprising to see such a large crowed of people, the purple and blue lights illuminated the room. Louis looked over to Marlon, who was taking a swig of alcohol as he leaned against a wall.
"Dude you should probably-"
"Don't tell me what I should probably do Louis, you have no right. We all have our own ways of coping. Just last night you went over to Sophie's house and fucked her!" Marlon growled drunkenly, Louis furrowed his brows as he tightened his jaw.
"What?" Louis hissed, Marlon only stepped forward. His eyes shot daggers at Louis.
"You know what I fucking said, she sent everyone a picture. Even Clementine." Marlon whispered, he took a sip of the alcohol as he leaned against the wall again.
