Louis and Minnie stared at the group of people in front of them, everyone around them smiled softly as they gazed at the two. Louis could only gaze at Clementine, the girl who looked at him with pure love. It was obvious she had been admiring him the whole time, her smile said it all.

"Wow Louis, Minnie, you're both still amazing singers." A small voice whispered from the door way. Everyone's attention turned to a medium sized brunette, her eyes were a soft brown. Louis grinned at the sight of the girl in the door way.

"Erin?" He asked, happy to see an old friend. She stepped forwards as everyone began to leave. Only the main group of teens stayed in the piano room, shocked to see the girl who once wore colored braces. Brody quickly stood up and hugged the brunette tightly, her soft giggle was angelic as her short red hair covered her face.

"Wow... you still look beautiful!" Brody gasped, her small hands gently brushing her own fierce red hair away from her lips. Louis stayed silent as he walked towards Clementine, the petite girl stood at his side, her arms wrapped protectively around his torso as Erin inched closer.

"You still have your boyish charm."

Clementine mentally rolled her eyes at the girl, she couldn't deny the jealousy that pumped in her veins, it almost felt overwhelming. Louis' thumb rubbed in small circles along the small of her back, he could feel how tense she was. His lips gently kissed the small girls forehead as he grinned ear to ear.

"Clementine this is Erin, Erin this is Clementine. My girlfriend." He said proudly, her head leaned against his shoulder, giving a small wave to the girl who looked taken aback.

"Oh... I didn't know." She whispered, a hint of sadness was laced in her voice. It was quickly covered by a smile, showing her almost perfect teeth. The other girl waved back to Clementine, before she could say anything Marlon tapped her shoulder. The brunette turned quickly on her heels, a bright smile highlighted her face as she saw the mullet.

"Marlon!" She announced proudly, her thin arms wrapped around the blondes neck as she pulled him into a tight embrace.

Clementine looked up to Louis, her small hand held his larger one as she leaned against his shoulder. The sound of music could be heard from the upstairs, the younger kids were just in the next room over. Louis began to hum as he dozed off, his eyes trailed all along the room, admiring everything around them. It all felt so familiar, like his twisted second home. Clementine and Louis slowly began walking down one of the old corridors and up the stairs, the sound of music grew louder with each step they took.

Clementine couldn't help but grow nervous, being around so many strangers. She couldn't imagine how Louis felt, overwhelmed by all the familiar faces. His jaw was clenched tightly, he wore a hard stare. Clementines soft hands gently cupped his cheek, pulling his face so he could see her clearly. His gaze instantly softened as he saw her, the love of his life. The one he could call his.

"Everything okay?" She whispered, a hint of worry laced in her voice. Louis shrugged slightly as he looked ahead. Her being with him made it all better honestly.

"I'll live."

The two teens walked into one of the old dorms, all sitting around on the bed and floor, in their groups. Louis and Clem sat in the corner, along with their group friends. The short brunette sat on the corner against the wall, resting her head on her boyfriends broad shoulder. The dreadheads large hand rested on her knee as he released a tired sigh, he just wanted to go home. Laying in bed with his girlfriend seemed pretty good right about now.

Suddenly, a peppy looking blonde walked over. In her hand was some joint, Clementine scrunched her nose at the sight as Louis slowly shook his head.

"C'mon it's from the head masters office, its the good shit he took. Probably very old but it's whatever." She said with a smirk, the two teens had no interest in getting high right now. Especially around all the other troubled youth.

Louis let out a small huff as he yet again, shook his head. "We don't need it." He hissed, making the tall blonde shrug as she took a puff of the blunt.

"Lou I'm sorry, but I just want to go home." She whined, feeling her face grow hot as he chuckled.

"I feel the same way, we'll be out in a minute. I don't know why I agreed to come." He whispered, growing annoyed with the loud chattering of everyone. It gave him a headache. He stared down at the brunette beside him, she only watched as the others roamed the small room. There weren't nearly as many people as he remembered, maybe most of them stayed away.

It was smart, he wished he did the same. Marlon and Brody sat next to eachother, deep in conversation. It was odd seeing them close together again, after their break up, they hadn't been very close. Louis rested his head on Clementines as he let out a sigh, she was the only thing holding him together at this point. In the room that made him feel so much, it was so overwhelming.

Louis and Clementine walked down the empty sidewalk, the street lights illuminated their way back to his house. The two teens were tired, even though they basically did nothing besides sit in the corner. The dreadheads eyes carried bags as he stared at the ground, he felt as if he could pass out any moment. Clem dragged him along with her along the concrete, just wanting to hurry and get into his warm comforting bed.

The two of them weren't that far, but with how tired they were it felt as if they'd never make it. The small girl held onto her own body for warmth, although it was close to summer, the nights still felt freezing. Louis held onto his petite girlfriend, his body heat warming her as she smiled. The two of the managed to make it back to his place safely. The dark boy brought out his keys and unlocked the door, wincing at the loud noise it made.

"After you." He teased with a grin, Clementine only rolled her eyes as she stepped inside.

The small girl was immediately greeted by warmth, her smile grew wider as a pair of arms wrapped around her waist. She turned around to see Louis, and his toothy grin. The boys lips pecked hers gently, it was a short yet sweet moment between the two.

He pulled away and stared into her amber eyes, his large hand brushed away the loose curls that blocked her eyes. "You ready for bed?" He asked, watching as she yawned.

"Obviously."

He placed a hand over his heart, showing a large frown on his soft lips. Clementine released an angelic giggle as she walked up the stairs.

"Idiot." She mumbled, Louis slowly followed her with a dreamy gaze. The house was dark, only illuminated by the faint moon shining through the windows. He struggled walking up the stairs and down the corner, trying to be careful so he wouldn't trip. Finally, the two of them made it to his room. Louis lazily fell onto the small bed as he sighed, feeling Clementine lay in his open arms. He couldn't help but smile at the feeling, she was so comforting. He felt relaxed with her, he felt safe.

"Love you Lou." She mumbled, hiding her face into his chest.

He released a slight chuckle as he kissed the top of her head. "I love you too Clem." He whispered, gently closing his tired eyes.

After a day full of stress, he was finally able to relax in bed with the girl he loved.
