"Hey! It's me Mitch, me and a friend are coming over next week so please make sure you clean."
Clementine laid on the bed, her eyes closed as she sighed. She had gotten basically no sleep, her whole body ached. She had to admit the shower last night was heavenly, she had never appreciated warm water so much. Mitch looked at her with a smirk as the person on the other end agreed, this would save them so much money on hotels.
"Okay Willy I'll talk to you later, I swear to fucking god if you start your 'problem' again I'll cut your head off." He growled, Clementine sat cluelessly on the bed. What did he do that was so serious, it couldn't be that bad. From what she heard he was only twelve or eleven, his adoptive parents were kind and basically carefree. As Mitch hung up he fell onto the bed dramatically, a groan escaped his lips as h lifted his head up.
"Before you ask what his problem is.... you don't want to know."
"I wasn't going to." She said with a small giggle, she was so sleep deprived. And probably very sick. It had been three days since they've gotten to the hotel, each one went on for so long. All they basically did was go on their phones and talk, she had learned a lot about him.
He noticed her pale face and her tired, sad eyes, she looked so down.
"Fuck this, I'm buying us some snacks." He said as he quickly stood up. "Text me what you want." He whispered as he walked towards the door. She looked at him with a grin as he opened it.
"See you soon."
Before she could interrupt he was gone, he had walked out the door. She let out a groan as she buried her head into the pillows, she was so bored. She took a sip of her cola as she looked at the ceiling, her mind started to wonder. She slowly pulled out her phone, her small hands were slightly damp with nervousness. She decided she'd check social media, that wouldn't hurt. She hadn't been on her account in a week, she was too busy planning and spending time with Louis.
As she scrolled through she noticed something, it was a picture of her and Mitch, it was from Brody's account. Clementine felt her heart speed up as she read the caption.
"If you have seen her or him please let us know! Their friends and families are worried sick."
Was it even true? Who would be so worried about two teenagers, two people that would make no difference in this world. She let out a soft sigh as she shook her head, it didn't matter anyways. She went to her profile to see all those pictures, all those memories. She looked so happy, her smile was so bright next to Louis. She couldn't help but smile sadly as she saw a picture of them on their last date together, the one with Marlon and Brody.
Clementine sat in Louis' lap with a wide grin, her arms wrapped around his neck as her feet lifted slightly. Louis was kissing her cheek as his hands held her waist, god he was so handsome. She had another picture with his dreads tied back somewhere, she scrolled down as she quickly looked for it. Her heart dropped as she suddenly stopped, this picture...
"Lee..." Clem whimpered, the man had his hands on his hips. Aj stood by his side with the same stance, and a smug smirk. This was from Georgia, before she met Louis and the others, she scrolled too far down. She felt tears prick her eyes as she stared at the photo, her little man, and her father. She'd never see them again. She'd never see Aj grow up, that hurt to think about.
Clementine felt her phone buzz in her hand, the girls brows furrowed as she read the contact name. This was someone she didn't expect to text her. What did Sophie want?
She opened the text, and her heart dropped. Her once sad smile just became a frown, she felt her heart shatter then and there. The love of Clementines life, was in bed with Sophie, shirtless and asleep. She wanted him to be happy, and if that meant moving on, she was okay with that. But after three days, and with Sophie?
