Clementine shut the door and walked to the kitchen, Lee stood against the cabinet with his arms crossed and a small smirk.
"How was the date?" Lee asked as he took a sip of his coffee. Clem's eyes widened as she had her back turned to her father, gritting her teeth as she thought of a excuse.
"It wasn't a date, I was just hanging out with a friend." She grumbled as she grabbed a yogurt, Louis eyed her skeptically as he nodded. Letting out a soft laugh as he walked away.
"He seems like a nice kid, if he tries anything I'll kill him." Clem let out a awkward laugh as she grabbed a spoon and plunged it into the yogurt, she quickly scrambled up the stairs and brought out her phone. She shut the door and flopped on her bed, taking in a spoonful of yogurt as she read the text from duck.
"Clementine going on a date? That's new." She rolled her eyes as she typed back, teasing him with equal the amount of rudeness.
"You just say that because you can't get a date." She smirked at her reply and sent it, she went to the text from Louis and smiled.
"Hello clemster, wanna hangout with the group tomorrow? We can try to sneak off and hangout alone :)" she smirked as she read it, quickly typed back, butterflies swirling around her stomach as she replied.
"Sure, text me when you're coming over" She set her phone down and went into the bathroom, taking a shower then getting dressed. Once she finished getting ready, she hopped on her bed and looked at her phone.
"See you then, don't get too excited ;)" she rolled her eyes as she left him on read, scrolling through Instagram and liking anything that reminded her of Louis.
The way he made her feel was so surreal, something you could only imagine in books or on tv. He made her feel so giddy and happy, her heart fluttered each time she thought of him. The familiar feeling of her stomach flying as if she was on a rollercoaster. She couldn't help but always carry the thought that not everything lasts, but she sure wanted this to. If she could, she'd spend her entire life with him, she already owed him hers.

He sent the message and sunk into his chair, letting his phone rest on his stomach as he stared at the ceiling. He still couldn't fathom the reality that he was really dating Clementine, a shaky smile appeared on his face as he thought of the curly haired girl. The way her soft lips felt against his as they kissed, they way her smiled seem to shine so bright.
He let out a soft chuckle as he closed his eyes, butterflies seeming to flutter around in his stomach. Suddenly his phone vibrated, making Louis' heart jump in excitement. He picked up his phone and stared at the contact name, reading 'Marlon', Louis pouted his lips slightly as he opened the message. Disappointment apparent on his face.
"Hey dude, meet me at Ericsson." Louis blinked slightly, what could he want so late at night?
"The new one?"
"No the old one." Louis' eyes widened, they never went there unless it was something serious. He mentally cursed to himself as he got up and quickly put on his shoes. He rushed down the stairs and passed his dad who was lazily on the couch.
"Where you goin' boy?" Louis furrowed his brows at his father and stared straight at the door.
"Out, I'll be back before midnight." He mumbled, the older man nodded his head as his son left. Taking a sip of his beer as he continued to stare at the tv screen, letting out a low chuckle as he watched the tv with squinted eyes.
Louis quickly ran to the school that wasn't very far, he only called a Uber with clem because he didn't want her to walk too much. He wanted to be a gentle man. The wind flew through his dreads as he rushed to the old school, many memories surrounding the old place, many spine chilling. Louis rushed through the empty roads, going so fast until he reached the all too familiar Ericson.
