{General POV}
"Good luck taking care of your daughter" was the last thing Sophia had said to Jughead before running off with her new boyfriend.
Jughead was left with a newborn to raise on his own. Sophia and Jughead were a one night thing, but then they started to become friends with benefits, nothing more. Well, not until Sophia came and told him she was pregnant with his child. Sophia wanted to abort the baby right away, but Jughead stopped her from doing it. Once they both told their parents, their parents insisted in adoption, telling them that they were stupid to get pregnant at 18 but Jughead didn't want that for his child, so both their parents kicked them out. Sophia was furious with Jughead, she told him she wanted nothing to do with the baby, and if Jughead wanted to keep it, he would have to raise it on his own. Jughead agreed, he got an apartment, Sophia stayed with him until she gave birth to their daughter, who Jughead called Juliet. Sophia left with a new boyfriend as soon as she got discharged from the hospital, but Jughead couldn't have been more happy than to see her go.
Juliet was now three years old, and she was the most prettiest toddler ever. Juliet had black hair and green eyes like Jughead. "Daddy come on let's go. I want to go to libwawy and see auntie Jellybean"
"I'll take you to the library but we have to eat first JJ" Jughead said sitting her down on the chair placing her food in front of her
"Yay" Juliet exclaimed "I love food" Jughead laughed at his daughter's cuteness. Once they finished eating they headed towards the library where once a week they would meet Jellybean in secret from Jughead's parents. When they walked inside, Jellybean was there with a few of her friends, but as soon as they showed up, she walked over to Juliet giving her a hug.
"I missed you so much Juliet" Jellybean smiled "Sorry I couldn't come last week, dad took us to a basketball game"
"It's fine" Jughead smiled hugging her "what are you guys working on"
"Algebra" Jellybean groaned "Who cares what x equals"
Jughead laughed, "Here let me help you. I used to love algebra" Jughead turned his attention to Juliet, "JJ play here for a while, I'm going to help JB" Juliet nodded and sat down to play with some legos that were on the table.
About fifteen minutes after helping Jellybean with her homework, Jughead turned to check on Juliet, but his face soon dropped when he noticed she wasn't sitting where she was supposed to. Both him and Jellybean started to look for her, "Oh god. Where is she" Jughead started to panic "Relax Jug, we'll find her" Jughead nodded and continued to look for her.
Meanwhile, Betty was putting some books back on the shelves when she saw a toddler walking silently crying, she left the cart there and walked towards her, "Hey, you okay" Betty asked her.
The little girl looked up to her and shook her head, "I can't find my daddy" She cried
"Don't worry, I'll help you find him" Betty said taking her hand "What's your name"
"Juliet" She mumbled
"My names Betty" Betty smiled as Juliet looked up to her
"you pretty" Juliet complimented her.
"thank you, you are too" Betty said, she was about to say something else, but she heard a voice calling for Juliet. They turned around and saw Jughead quickly walking over to them. Juliet ran to his arms as he picked her up, hugging her.
"thank you so much" Jughead thanked Betty
"It's no problem" Betty smiled biting her lip a little, he's gets even hotter every time she thought, but pushed the thought aside.
"No really, I don't know what I would do if something would happen to her. Oh sorry, I'm Jughead by the way" Jughead said holding Juliet closer to him. "Betty". He was mesmerized by Betty's beauty, "Can I buy you a coffee or something, to say thank you"
"You don't have to do that" Betty said
"no please. It's the least I can do" Jughead insisted
Betty gave in "Ok sure"
Jughead smiled, "tomorrow, the one around the corner around seven"
Betty nodded "I'll see you then, bye Juliet"
"Bye betty" Juliet mumbled
"Bye Betts" Jughead smiled before walking off
Betty smiled when he called her that. After all those times of seeing him in the library, she finally got to go out with him
