----------General POV---------
~~~Three weeks ago~~~
"With your dad getting released from jail. I don't thing its safe for us to be living in Riverdale" Jughead said as they were laying down in their bed.
"What are you saying Jug" Betty asked looking up at him.
"We're barley 21 years old. We are already engaged why don't we just move to New York and start our family there" Jughead suggested.
"Jug" Betty said in disbelief sitting up.
"We don't have to if you don't want to" he said sitting up with me.
"I want to"
"Are you sure" he double-checked
"Of course I am Juggie"
~~~One week ago~~~
"Betty are you ready to go" Jughead yelled
"Yeah. Coming" she yelled back from our now old bedroom.
"Finally lets get out of this damn town" Jughead said getting into the car
Betty laughed but didn't say anything.
They were laughing and singing along with random songs that came on the radio.
"Jughead watch out" Betty screamed.
It was too late the car was coming right towards them, they were too late to escape it.
The car driving towards them hit the front of their car driving them of the road and crash into a tree. Knocking them both out
~~~Present time~~~
"How's she doing" Toni asked him as they stood at the doorway of Betty's room in the hospital.
"She opens her eyes and smiles when she sees me but she hasn't spoken yet" Jughead explains.
As if on a timer Jughead and Toni hear Betty talked "Juggie"
"Toni can you get a nurse please" Jughead said rushing into a room.
Toni rushed to the lobby to get the nurse.
-Few hours later-
"Betts could you try picking up this rubber ball" Jughead said sitting down in the chair next to Betty's hospital bed.
"What if I can't do it" Betty worried.
"You won't know unless you try" Jughead encouraged her "I'll be proud of you no matter what"
Betty leaned her hand down to pick up the rubber ball. She smiled when she had the ball in her hand.
"Good. Now can you grab it with the other hand and give it a good squeeze" Jughead said.
Betty grabbed the ball with her other hand and gave it a squeeze.
Jughead smiled at her "Good job Betts" he reached into his pocket and pulled out their wedding rings that they picked out already. " Now this one isn't for them, it's for us. With everything that's been going on, I just don't want to wait anymore. What do you say"
Betty grabbed Jughead's ring and slipped it on his finger "I say... I do" she smiled up at him.
That's what they did. They got married that same day, there in the hospital.
"Aren't butterscotch krimpets the best" Betty smiled " I don't even know why we bothered to go cake testing"
"You know we never decided where we were going to go for our honeymoon" Jughead brought up. "Where would you want to go? Once we get you up and out of here"
"I'd rather have city than beach. Paris maybe. But you like the outdoors" she said her eyes started to feel heavy, she could barley keep them open.
"How about a week in a fancy hotel in Mexico" Jughead suggested "And then a week in Paris.It's the best of both worlds"
Betty closed her eyes for a little while "You know where I've always wanted to go"
"Where" Jughead asked
"Moscow" Betty barley opened her eyes. "In the winter. There's a huge ice rink in the red square, it's all lit up at night"
"Well, that's where we'll spend our first Christmas" Jughead told her "And then after that we can go anywhere. Iceland, Tasmania, we can just keep going and going"
Betty smiled up at him, her eyes were struggling to be open
"Are you happy" Jughead asked
"Happiest"
Jughead gasped as he watched her bouquet fell to the ground as her body went limp.

Toni walked through the hospital door about to go to Betty's room, when she saw a couple of nurses walk past her with a stethoscope.
No. She can't be dead, Toni thought.
Jughead appeared walking behind the nurses. Toni examined his face, she could see the heartbreak.
Once he saw her, he looked as if he was about to burst into tears.
Toni started to walk over to him. As she got closer she saw the tears that were threatening to fall.
"Oh my god" she whispered.
Jughead fell to his knees along with Toni comforting him as he broke down.
She started to cry along with him.
Betty Cooper was dead....
