----------Betty's POV---------
"Betty Cooper. Just the girl I was looking for" Mr. Wetherbee said from behind me
"Hi sir. How may I help you" I smiled as I turned around
"Well I would like you to meet Andrew Parker. He's new to Riverdale High, and I wanted to see if you were going to be able to show him around" he said stepping aside and revealing a tall boy with a black hoodie on and jeans with converse.
"Ok course sir" I smiled
"Great I'll leave you guys to it" he walked away leaving me and Andrew alone.
"Hey gorgeous I'm Andrew Parker" he smirked
"I'm Betty and please don't call me gorgeous. I have a boyfriend." I said as nicely as I could. Although I wasn't really sure if I did anymore. Jughead has been so busy since he went back to Southside High and everything with the serpents, so I haven't seen him for three weeks now.
"Ok course a beautiful girl like you already has a boyfriend" he said looking down.
"So let's start with the tour" I said trying to break the awkward silence.
"So this is the blue and gold. It's our newspaper, which I run that's where we each lunch, that's the break room, and the rest is pretty much just classrooms." I explained " oh and this is your locker"
"Well thank you Betty and I look forward to seeing you" he smirked walking away
----Later that day----
"Betty I was going to ask you if I can join the blue and gold" Andrew said as he met me in the hall.
"Andrew that's great. I've been working alone and I could really use the help" I smiled
"Great so what are we going to write about" he asked
"Well since it's going to be your first article why don't you choose the topic and then let me know" I said
"Nice I'll have it ready by tomorrow" he answered
"Come on now, I want you to meet all my friends" I said grabbing his hand and leading him to our lunch table.
"Hey guys" I said as I sat down next to Kevin. "This is Andrew, he's new here"
