Proposal

"Shawn, what is this?" You ask your boyfriend. He's carrying you on his back. His large arms are wrapped around your legs, holding you firmly. "Just keep your eyes closed!" He demands with a chuckle. You shove your face in the back of his neck and laugh. You have no idea where you are, but it's cold so you assume you're outside. You bounce against Shawn with each step he takes. Finally he stops moving and you're tempted to open your eyes. "Okay, keep your eyes closed, I'm gonna let you down." You giggle and nod your head. He lets you down with a thump. He wraps his hands around your shoulders and leans close to ear. His breath is warm and fills you with excitement. " Are you ready?" He asks. You smile incredibly wide. "Okay, one, two, three!" He squeezes your shoulders tight as you open your eyes. Laid out in front of you is candles, so many candles. You can't even count them all. You begin to tear up, no one has ever done anything like this for you before. You cover your mouth with your hands, you don't want Shawn to know you're crying. In the center of the candles is a large open circle. Shawn grabs your hand and gently guides you into the middle. He stands only millimeters from you, holding both your hands. He begins to bite his lips and you prepare for him to kiss you, but he doesn't. He drops down to one knee. Heavier tears begin to flow now. He was actually doing this. He pulls out a small black box out of his pocket. He pauses and takes a deep breath, "Y/n, I have loved you since the moment I first saw you, would you do me the honor of marrying me?" You pull him closer towards yourself  and kiss him, passionately. "Yes, of course." You nod your head aggressively. He kisses you back and holds you tighter than he ever has before. "I love you so much," you whisper through the kisses. "I love you too, more than anything." He replies.
