A/n This is a part 2 too Wedding Planning so if you haven't read that then I suggest you do read it so this chapter makes sense.

"I need some time alone, this time I'm leaving you to deal with this alone!" You yell, slamming the door and locking it.

He stands defeated, trying to comprehend everything that just happened.

All of these thoughts are running through his head and he's thinking too much. You're sobbing isn't helping him as he tries to figure out what to do, his own tears making their way to his eyes.

All he can think is that you're gonna leave him. He fucked up badly this time and you're gonna leave him.

He's calling Aaliyah before he can even process what he's doing. Sliding down the wall in the kitchen, sitting on the floor with his knees pulled up to his chest the ringing sounding through his phone.

"What?" Aaliyah answers.

He just sobs a bit, trying to get the words out of his throat but his emotion finally kicking in.

"I think I just fucked up the best thing I ever had." He whimpers out.

"Shawn breathe," Aaliyah instantly becomes worried, moving to her room to have this conversation in private. "What did you do?"

"I, I, I missed the cake tasting and the venue choosing and all the other stuff she's asked me to be there for. And I told her that I didn't care, that she could just choose because I didn't care. But I do care, and she, she, she," He gets choked up, working himself up so much that all he can do is violently hiccup with every word he tries to speak.

"Shawn breathe!" Aaliyah says into the phone frantically. "She what?"

"She asked if I even wanted to get married anymore."

"Oh Shawn." Aaliyah sighs.

"And I got mad that she even asked me that, because I love her so much. How could I not want to marry her. I'm so in love with her." He cries, wiping his eyes rapidly. "I'm not in love with her because she's gorgeous, there is so much more."

Aaliyah goes to say something but Shawn's talking so fast that she doesn't even have a chance to get a single word in.

"Like she has to pick out her clothes first every morning before anything else." He starts, "She puts milk in her bowl before her cereal, like who the hell does that?" His eyebrows furrow at the thought. "But she makes it so adorable," He mumbles. "And she's always had this book on her nightstand, I've never seen her read it but it's just always there."

Aaliyah smiles, and sits in her desk chair knowing Shawn just needs to ramble, to get his thoughts out.

"And I hate playing games with her because she plans her moves ahead, so she's halfway through the game by the time it's her first turn and she always wins, always." He chuckles a bit.

You can hear him talking, and you didn't hear anyone come in so you tiptoe towards the door, opening it just a crack to listen.

"And Aaliyah, she buys all these journals all the time, but she never writes in them. But she buys more and they just pile up slowly." He shakes his head, sniffing through his tears. "And I can not function without my good morning kiss, like it honestly throws my whole day off when I don't get it."

You pout your lips out as you tiptoe out into the hall to hear him better. You never knew he noticed the little things that make you who you are.

"She tries to hide that she listens to my music, but I can hear it in the hallway when I walk up to the apartment." He chuckles, wiping a hand over his face. "This is my favorite thing that she does, but at 3 in the morning she doesn't know it, but she always grabs onto my arm and just cuddles into me. Without fail, she does it every single morning." He sighs, biting his lips as more tears fall.
