Philip's POV
I woke up at dawn with Alice in my arms.
She was still sleeping and I didn't wanted to wake her up but we needed to get prepared and say our goodbyes to our families and each other before leaving for college.
I was a little stressed but really excited at the same time. The only inconvenient was that I won't be able to see Alice much but as soon as we get out of college, I want to tie the knot and start a family with her.
I kissed her forehead and she gently smiled then opened her eyes.
"Good morning, baby." I said.
"Good morning, my love." she said.
We hugged tightly and then got dressed for the day.
"It's the big day isn't it?" I asked and sighed a little.
"Yeah, I'm a bit stressed. I hope I won't be the only girl at Harvard. I don't want anyone to think I don't belong there." she said.
I went to her and held her from the waist and she held me from my neck.
"You are the smartest person I know, you are going to rock it. Don't worry about the others. You are too mature for them. I love you." I said attempting to make her feel better.
"I love you too, Pip. I will miss you so much." she said and kissed my nose.
I blushed and lifted her up and spun around.
"Okay okay, we should really go now. My train leaves in a few hours and we still need to make our goodbyes." she said and smiled softly.
"You're right. Come, let's say goodbye to my family then we'll go to your house and take your belongings and we'll say bye to your family and I will accompany you to the train station." I said and gave her my hand.
"Sounds good to me, let's go." she said and we went downstairs.
"Oh, aren't them the two grown up college students?" said my mother seeing us.
"By the way, Alice dear, I didn't know you stayed here tonight. I could've prepare you a bed!" she added in a little confusion.
"Oh! Don't worry, miss Hamilton, I had a great and comfortable night!" said Alice and smiled.
She looked at me and I smirked a little.
"My son! You are going to King's College! I can't believe I was there when I was at your age! I'm so proud of you! And Alice, congratulations for Harvard, I'm so happy for you, dear, I'm proud of both of you!" said my father which made me quite emotional.
We hugged and kissed and said our goodbyes then left.
We walked a few blocks down and arrived at Alice's house.
Aurora opened the door to us and we hugged immediately.
Alice went to her room and took her bag she packed a few days ago.
We went to the living room where all my family was and hugged and kissed again.
"You both have come so far, I'm very proud of you. Alice, did you take all you need?" asked her father.
"Yes, I will write you a letter as soon as I will arrive!" said Alice.
"You already know everything! That's perfect, Al. Oh come here!" said her father and hugged her.
I smiled at them and before leaving, I directed my hand to shake hands with her father but he gave me a hug as well which made me really happy.
We finally did our goodbyes with our families and we were walking to the train station.
"So this is it? We won't see each other until Christmas?" asked Alice.
"I don't know. I hope not but I can't promise that but I can surly promise you that I will write to you at least once every month. I can't live without you, Alice." I said.
"Me too, I love you so damn much, I don't know how I am going to do without you." she said and we hugged as we arrived.
"My train will come in about 10 minutes." she said.
"Yeah. I'm waiting for you." I said and smiled.
"I got something for you." she said.
She took out a little box out of her purse and gave it to me.
I opened it to reveal a portrait of us in a beautiful frame.
"I know it's not a big deal but I thought you could put it on your desk in your college dorm." she said.
"My God, Alice, this is beautiful. Thank you! I love this. I love you!" I said and hugged her.
"I love you too, Pip!" she said then her train arrived.
I helped her load in her luggage. She was on the stairs of the door of the train. The doors weren't closed yet and I leaned towards her and kissed her lips for the last time.
It was endless, almost like in a fairytale.
Then the doors closed and we waved at each other until the train became a small little dot on the horizon.
I felt a little weird. It was a whole new chapter for the both of us.
I still had time so I walked to my new college.
After an hour, I arrived at King's College and immediately registered and then went to my dorm. I was also sharing my dorm with someone else and I couldn't wait to meet him.
I arrived and knocked at the door, I didn't know if he was already in or not but I didn't wanted to break his privacy if he was.
The door opened. A young man with long wavy hair opened the door.
"Ey there. You must be my dorm mate!" he said in a joyful tone which made me feel lot less stressed. He also had a slight southern accent.
"Hey man! It's nice to meet you. I'm Philip Hamilton!" I said and smiled.
"Wait a minute, Hamilton you said? Are you related to Alexander Hamilton?" he asked.
"Yeah, I'm actually his son." I said and laughed.
"I'm James Laurens! My uncle and your father were really close friends!" he said.
"You are John Laurens' nephew? Wow, that's a big coincidence! It's so nice to meet you, James!" I said. I know how close my father and mr Laurens were. They fought together until he died. My father was devastated apparently. I was only a toddler when it happened...I also read a few letters they sent each other and...it always made me question if they were just friends or there was something more...Anyways!" I said and chuckled as I realised I talked too much already.
I got to hang out a little with James, we were both new at the school and we discovered the places and met other people. It was a very nice day and I was wondering if Alice was also having fun.

A/N: the last episode was really smutty and cheesy at the same time and jeez it was perfect but now that both of them are going to college, I will probably do huge time skips to when they will meet again because I don't know how to make college interesting with the story base I have right now sksksk. And ik this chapter was just some sort of filling because I didn't know what to say so it's kinda boring sorry!1!1!
