Ana looked over at Sean as they waited to join everyone. Natasha had been more than willing to help with the surprise. She said a lot had happened in the three years that she and Sean had been gone.
"Nervous?" Ana asked as she tightened her thigh holster. Her old S.H.I.E.L.D. jumpsuit was too big now. Ana thought she and Sean looked ridiculous in their ill-fitting uniforms.
"Nope. But I'm not seeing my boyfriend for the first time in three years."
"Steve is not my boyfriend. He's my boy......friend."
"You have to admit that you've missed him."
"Of course. I've missed all my friends—except for you. Some more than others for sure."
