Storming purposefully through the corridors with Bellamy I have to do a double take when my gaze catches Miller practically carrying Brian through the hall. Quickening my pace with Bellamy, yells "You left her with Pike?!"
Breezing past them I smack Miller on the forehead, shouting over my shoulder "Use this next time yeah?!" Running down the rest of the corridor I sprint into the room. Jaw dropping I watch Octavia standing over Pike as he gets the crap beat out of him by three chipped Grounders.
"O!", Bellamy shouts as I run over to get them off Pike. Regardless of how I feel for the snake if we have any hope of getting out of here we need every single man we can get. Unfortunately, that includes Pike which is almost ironic considering he had been the killer not a week ago, "What are you doing?!"
Before I can run past Octavia she launches at me, fingers wrapped around my forearm "Avery no!"
Snatching out my arm from her grip I yank out both my daggers, storming forwards I sling them into two of the Grounders. Kicking the dead one from Pike I pull the dagger from his chest. Leaning over the third I slice the blade right through his throat, rolling him off to the side.
Hauling my second dagger out I shove both into their sheaths before peering back down to Pike who is watching me wide-eyed. "Don't take this personally", I hold my hand down to Pike. With a self-conscious nod, Pike grips my hand and I haul him up to notice the slice taken to his calf.
When he begins to fall again I call out for Bellamy, the brother coming to stand by my side and take Pike in a second. "She cut me", Pike informs us as he grunts to his feet. Allowing Bellamy to take the entire weight I peer back over to Octavia to see her watching us regretfully. She's not regretful for this action, however. No. This is regret for getting caught.
