Getting back to camp I practically bolted into Bellamy's waiting arms as he grinned from the gate. Arms wrapped tightly around me Bellamy hoists me off the ground and spins me around, shouting excitedly "I love your freakishly brilliant mind!"

Laughing outwardly as Kane and Jaha begin to gather everyone in the cafeteria, I tell Bellamy "It was Jaha you're meant to be thanking. He never gave up on The Second Dawn bunker."

Reaching up to cup my cheeks, Bellamy raises his eyebrow "And remind me... who cracked the key to getting it open?" Remaining quiet I laugh as Bellamy proudly nods "That's right freak."

Leaning up I press a quick kiss to his lips, both of our smiles felt in the moment. "I might be the freak but you're officially the drunk in this relationship now", I comment as we wander up to the station.

Reaching between us to entwine our fingers Bellamy gives me a playful nudge, outwardly groaning "Once. Just once." Whilst I continue to grin, Bellamy wistfully adds "I'm not thanking you for that tea either. Worse thing I've tasted down here."

"It got your head screwed back on though, didn't it little drunkie", I tease him, bumping Bellamy's shoulder. Walking through the corridors with the others, I ask Bellamy "When did I become the responsible one in our relationship?"

Scoffing, Bellamy gives me a knowing look "Responsible? You call charging into a war-torn Polis with Kane, Jaha, and Monty responsible in search of a bunker that may or may not have existed responsible?"

"Only when we ended up finding the bunker whilst you all threw an end of days party without me", I quickly shoot back. The grin on my face doesn't leave my expression as we wander into the cafeteria.

Immediately I spot Jaha stood with Kane on our makeshift stage. Hand on Jaha's shoulder, Kane announces "We come back with a way to survive the radiation!" Pumping his fist victoriously in the air, I cringe as Arkadia erupts into a loud booming cheer. Some jump on each other whilst others holds their hands up to shield their tears of relief and joy. Overall it was actually a beautiful chaotic sight. "For this!" Kane yells over the cheering "We have to thank Thelonious Jaha!"
