My patrol finally finished I storm through the manic voters towards lock up with only one person in mind. Bellamy. Memories from the past few months have flooded my mind and I find myself wondering where along the way I've lost him. Where in this shit-show have I let Bellamy fall off the rails? Shaking the tears which are welling in my eyes I shove my emotions down. Locking them up tightly to not give them any leverage.
Blankly I round the corridor, slowing my pace when I reach lock up. Set up in the middle of the corridor they all sit crowded in between the wired walls which prevent them from leaving. Not looking at any of them I step over to Miller who gives me a friendly nod, quietly murmuring "Can you do me a-"
"I'm not going with you Avery." Sighing heavily I step away from Miller, peering over to the man I love whose crouched defiantly in the corner. He glares over me with hooded eyes but I send Bellamy one back to rival his own.
Leaning on the hand I've rested against the wire I inform him blatantly, "You will and if you don't then I will come inside and drag you myself Bellamy and you know I will." Observing Bellamy for a moment I watch him weigh up his options. Questioning how serious I am. When Hannah opens her mouth to comment I find myself closing my eyes, releasing a frustrated groan "For the love of God Hannah don't open your mouth and say something stupid because I'm feeling rather stabby right now."
Despite the snicker I get from Miller to my left Bellamy reluctantly decides to come with me. Pacing over to the lock-up door Miller opens it up and I lead us silently towards the interrogation room. I let Bellamy inside first before quietly shutting the door behind me. Folding my arms I lean my back against the metal door, watching Bellamy stroll over to the other side of the room. His hands go straight to his pockets watching me stare at him. He doesn't say a word. Instead Bellamy chooses to lean against the wall and stand exactly like me, face emotionless as we face each other down on either side of the metal table.
