Mika’s POV

“Mika, we have two approaching the car.” Theo calls from on top of the car. I nod at Rast.

“Show time.” We get ready.

Spencer’s POV

“It’s too quiet.” I look down at the beautiful girl whose hand I am holding. I didn’t know I felt this strongly about her until she climbed out that car just to get to me, and that kiss, both of them in fact, was the most amazing thing that could’ve happened. Now when I look at her, I see her through rose-tinted lenses as one would say.

“What makes you say that?” I tuck a stray hair behind her ear and I see a smile flash across her face.

“You would’ve thought that The Queen would have some sort of backup, a squad of bodyguards or something with her.”

“Maybe, they’re in the car with her.”

“Two people for The Queen of Robo? I don’t think so, there’s got to be someone else somewhere.”

Just as EK says this, a yell echoes around the street.

“HELP!!” It’s a woman’s yell. EK and I look at each other and run to where the sound came from. We run behind this hedge but all there is is an abandoned car. The yell comes again.

“SOMEONE PLEASE!” EK runs ahead and I follow her, we run around looking for the woman the yell comes from, she yells a few more times before we find her. Well EK finds her first.

“Spencer, turn around and go back to E.” She says coldly, and EK is not a cold person so something must be up.

“EK?” I take a step forward but she stops me.

“Go now Spencer.” She says in an impassive voice. There’s something she doesn’t want me to see. Then the woman starts whimpering.

“I have to EK, a woman needs our help.” I go to step past her but she blocks me and puts one of her precious hands on my chest.

“Spencer. Please. Just go back to the car. I can help this woman. Please.” I look into her eyes and see a desperation that’s hard to ignore. I give her a slow, loving kiss before I answer her pleas. When she pulls back with a sigh I put a hand on her cheek. I go to speak but someone cuts me off.

“Isn’t that just sweet, look Leo they were kissing.” EK goes rigid as she looks over my shoulder; I grab her hand as I turn around. In front of us is a well-built, bald man who looks scarier then he probably is. Next to him is the same person, twins, except he’s got blonde hair and looks less scary.

“I thought it was so sweet! So romantic and they’re both just adorable!” The blonde one, Leo the other called him, claps his hands together, and he’s not joking. I can tell EK’s fuming, no one calls her adorable.
