Pikachu's POV

I wanted to go, Professor Oak was really boring, he wanted me to stand on a metal desk for a while.

'Sorry Pikachu, I understand it must be boring for you, standing there. But, it is as much boring for me. Sometimes, we scientists are very curious how you store electricity in you and how you generate it', said Professor Oak.

He put a plastic-rubber thingy on my lucky marks. And fiddled with his computer.

I wondered why Red's mom even allowed him to experiment on me. Well, he didn't really experiment on me. He just....ugh....I...
..I don't know science, so I'll say he was experimenting on me.

Then he attached something on my head, something......scientific. It looked like what I would call Blasting-Pikachu's-Brain-Inator.

My heart was pounding and I could hear the sound too.

'Ready ?', asked Professor Oak. 'This will scan your whole body and copy your genetic structure so I could study you without asking your help, so, ready ?'.

'Of, course. Not', I said, but Professor Oak couldn't understand me.

He pushed a red button which I thought should have had a danger sign. A sudden jolt of electricity jammed my brain and I blacked out.

I opened my eyes, found myself in a laboratory.

'Did it work ?', said an overjoyed scientist.

'Wow, a real life mad scientist', I said.

'Yes, pikapika', he said.

'Yeah, and confirmed', I said. 'Wait, who am I ?'.

Meowth's POV

I was fed up with Professor Oak now, he was really a pain in the....ahem.....head.

I couldn't wait much longer for Pikachu to come. The Oak guy took him for some experiment of his. Red's mom was sleeping, and it was the perfect time to sneak out. It was my time, midnight.

I slowly walked to the window and....sneaked out. What ? It's that simple for us.

I looked at Professor Oak's house on a small hilly area. I started running towards the lab.

After a few minutes I was jogging, trying to jog at my full potential.

Then I walked, exhausted. Pikachu was way faster than me.

Finally, I was outside the old man's lab.

Opening the door was an effort, it was metallic now. Then I walked inside, there was a big living room and a staircase at one side.

I went upstairs.

'Don't, don't, I said don't', said Pikachu. Professor Oak was trying to make him wear a thing on his head which I would call head-blaster.

I walked further to get some attention.

'Pikachu ?', I said.
