CHAPTER 20

The next day, Minho approached Jisung.

"Hi." Minho said.
Jisung was reading a book and pretended to not notice.

"Hi." Minho said again but received no answer.

"Hi Jisung."

"What do you want." Jisung put his book down and gave Minho a cold glare.

"Hi. Can i talk to you?"

"You're technically already are." Jisung said.

"Well i mean i need to talk to you about something important."

"No. Bye." Jisung continued reading his book.

"No Jisung please." Minho shook Jisung's shoulder.

"Stop, go away." Jisung shrugged Minho's hand off his shoulder.

"Please...???"

"If you're not leaving, then I will." Jisung got up from his seat and grabbed his belongings.

"Wait!" Minho held Jisung's sleeve, "Cmon! Please." Minho held his head down low.

"Go away." Jisung mumbled and ran away after that.

Minho said in defeat and went back home after a long day.

Minho took out his phone and texted Felix. He already messaged him the day before about everything.

[Felix]

Minho:
He rejected me :(

Felix:
really? man he doesn't ignore or
reject people that easily...

Minho:
what will i do..? 😭

Felix:
give him gifts or something

Felix:
it might help.
he loves anything sweet :)

Minho:
thanks, i'll try :)
but i'm broke..

Felix:
i'll lend you $10 tomorrow
to buy him something

Minho:
cool! thanks so much
for helping :D

Felix:
anytime bro

A few days later, Minho bought Jisung some brownies and chocolate chip cookies, hoping Jisung would talk to him.

"H-Hi Jisung." Minho stuttered.

"What is it now??" Jisung asked aggressively.

"I got you brownies and cookies..?" Minho showed Jisung the brownies and cookies. For a second, he thought he could see a little spark in Jisung's eyes but they immediately darkened after that.

"Cool. I don't want them. Go away."

"Cmon! Please! I love you. Please talk to me." Minho said.

Jisung was shocked by the 'i love you' but his emotionless face stayed.

"Can't you get it? Are you dumb? I told you to leave!" Jisung almost shouted.

Minho opened his mouth to say something but decided it was best to leave, "Sorry.." Minho said before sadly leaving.
Felix was waiting outside for Minho.

"It didn't work.." Minho frowned, "He told me to go away again by more harshly this time."

"Huh. Strange. I'll talk to Jisung about it again. Sorry. I'll try my best to talk him into it. I'm sure he'll give up one day and decide to listen to your words. He's never like this." Felix patted Minho's shoulder.

"Thank you for really trying for me. Wanna eat this brownies and cookies now. I don't wanna throw them away."

"Yea i guess. I could eat some after a loonnggg day." Felix replied.

"Mhm." Minho opened the box of sweets and ate a cookie.

"Man these are good."

"Agreed."
