"Secrets"

Caitlin’s POV

My eyes fluttered open. I slowly looked around the room. Where-

I sprung up.

My head hurts a little bit and I felt a little light headed but I was going to find out why I’m here. Why would he bring me here?

I jumped off his bed and stomped down the stairs.

“Austin!” I yelled.

“Austin!” I repeated but more annoyed.

“Aust-“

“What?!” He yelled angrily from down the hallway.

I turned around.

“What do you want?” He said pulling a head phone out of his ear.

I could only think one thing…

Daaaammmmmnnnnn.

He was wearing a muscle tee and gym shorts. His hair messed up like usual and his headphones dangling from his ear.

He must have been working out in his in-home gym.

“What?!” He dropped his arms.

“Why am I here?” I stomped towards him with folded arms.

“Because you passed out in my car. Why do you think?” As I got closer I could see the sweat glistening from him…And I could smell his not-so-glamorous stench.

“You could have dropped me off at my apartment.”

“Go have an apartment?” He asked dumbfounded.

“Yes, but can you just take me home?”

“No.” He said and walked back into his little gym.

Excuse me?

“Austin.” I groaned.

“You can’t leave yet.”

“Why not?”

He turned to me with angry eyes. Yes, Austin has angry eyes.

“I just want to sleep.”

“Then use my bed.” I gestured to the door.

“Eww no.” I mumbled quickly.

“What?” He laughed.

“Your bed.” I mumbled.

“Use to be yours too. And we did some stuff in the bed if you know-“

“Stop!” I said covering my ears.

He just giggled and picked up some weights. I tried my best to stay concentrated on his face, but his muscles were pretty distracting.

“Austin…I’m serious…I’m still under the weather.” I said feeling suddenly more light headed. I grabbed a hold of the treadmill near the door to keep my balance.

“Ya and the doctor said you would, so go rest. He said you shouldn’t even be up for another few hours.”

“Doctor?”

“Ya.” He said sassily to me. “I had my doctor come over and check you out…I wanted to make sure you were okay…I needed to know that someone didn’t die in my car.”
